We are also walking distance to prestigious Ferndown golf course & nr Dudsbury course. 50" TV with Sky, sky sports & free WiFi and Secure gated parking for 1 vehicle. The Annex has a really cozy, homely feel so you can relax at the end of your day.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

The Little Cabin (annex with own entrance)

The Little Cabin is located just outside of Poole and is within a short drive of the beautiful beach of Sandbanks. It is also perfectly located for a visit to Compton Acres or a short stay before catching the ferry to France or The Channel Islands. The Little Cabin is a newly furbished self contained small unit with separate bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. It contains an professional air conditioning unit to keep you cool. It also has it's own entrance door at the side of our house.

Take a break at this beautiful 1 bedroom hideaway. Close to the wonderful beaches of Southbourne. It has its own private parking space for 1 vehicle. Great links to Bournemouth town centre, Christchurch, Hengistbury Head. Pokesdown train station just a 10 minute walk away. New forest a short drive away. Local shops 5 mins walk Numerous restaurants and entertainment venues close by. Great base to explore Fully equipped kitchen, Modern shower room, TV, Wifi, Comfortable living/dining area

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

This stylish open plan coastal appartment is perfect for relaxing break for two by the seaside. Featuring freestanding bath, king sized bed, ensuite show room, large sofa, AppTV, Nesspresso machine, fridge freezer and cooking facilities, this apartment has all you need to enjoy a relaxing break. The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
