The cottage has 4 independent bedrooms, one of them with a loft. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a double shower and sauna. Spacious living room with alcoves. Outside, there is an outdoor spa and outdoor shower, dining area, sun loungers and barbecue.

Cozy townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not large, but nice with the possibility of, among other things, barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. There is rarely noise from my neighbors, even though we live close. Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

The house is located on a large natural plot with the possibility of outdoor activities, a nice enclosed terrace, and good parking on a large gravel paved courtyard.

The home is located at the end of a quiet residential road in a small cozy and scenic town with only a 5-minute drive to the beach. There are shopping opportunities in town in Rema1000 and the specialty store Bjert Gamle Brugs. Located only 45 minutes' drive from Legoland and only 10 minutes from Kolding city, which has good restaurants, Kolding Storcenter, museums and many other child-friendly activities.

From here, you are about 15 minutes from Legoland, 20 minutes from Kolding and Vejle and 1 hour from Aarhus by car. Private garden with terrace, and good shopping in Egtved. Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.
