Cozy townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not large, but nice with the possibility of, among other things, barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. There is rarely noise from my neighbors, even though we live close. Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.
