Chill out and relax in this lovely studio inspired by a green house with living plants as well as faux ones. The retro furniture, green walls, and pink curtains give this place a kitschy vibe. The newly installed grey flooring also gives it this modern twist. Listing offers high speed internet. The enclosed porch let's you have outside hangs, no bugs. Arroyo Studio

Located in the old downtown area of Castroville, at the corner of Lisbon and Naples Street, this studio guesthouse was once the kitchen area of the Schmidt House which was built in 1870 according to the Texas Historical Survey Committee. The original home sits on site but is inaccessible pending restoration efforts.
