We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

Welcome to Lake Chill. 4 comfortable barn cottages right on Lake Mierzyńskie. The cottages were built on an ancient settlement from the Bronze Age. This place has been extremely charming for thousands of years, attracting people who willingly settled here, taking advantage of the benefits of the nearby, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. You will rest and experience beautiful moments with us.

The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for spending time with family and friends. The proximity of nature will help you escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is the perfect place to "recharge your batteries" and escape from everyday hustle and bustle, and the home furnishings will make your time more pleasant.

Włókna Inn is a modern, heated/air-conditioned, fully equipped cottage surrounded by forests and lakes. There is also a large 1000 sqm garden. On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away. Kayak available. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

Marylin Magenta Station

We brought two railway cars to the middle of the forest - the Noteć Forest. We named them Turkus and Magenta. Turkus was created in 1939. Since 1984, it has served as a technical wagon and until 2022 it ran on tracks. Magenta was created in 1972 and also ran as a technical wagon until 2022. We have renovated the beautiful old wagons and converted them into unusual, rare accommodation. We kept the arched ceilings, surrounded the steel skeleton with wood and added new colors.

Island cottage

We invite you to our wooden cottage on an island surrounded by a large pond and beautiful greenery. The cottage is perfect for people who want to escape the city and move to a place where peace reigns. The area around the island is great for walking, and the nearby fields and forests are great for cycling. After an active day, it's time to relax and have coffee on our terrace on the water, and at the end of the day, a joint feast by the fire.

Apartment Posnania, Poznań center

The Posnania Apartment is a fully renovated, stylish and cosy building. The flat measuring 58m2 is located on the 5th floor and can be reached by the elevator. The entrance to the building is from Ratajczaka street but the apartment itself is situated towards the backyard, so it is very quiet inside. The place has a monitored security system, a video intercom and an automatic gate.

A new studio with a balcony and mezzanine in a revitalized tenement house in the city center, right next to the University of Arts. A few minutes to the Old Market Square. Good access by tram from the Main Station and the airport. There is an elevator in the building. The tenement house was a crime scene in Ryszard Ćwirlej's crime novel entitled You have it like in a bank.
