Miguel was extremely attentive and took care of us with any questions we had. He is an amazing host and i greatly recommend this stay. House is a block away from the beach and like 2 blocks from a convenience store. Port progreso is in a 15 min drive and everything is close by. Would definitely stay again!

If I could give a 10 star recommendation I certainly would! everything about this Casa is Class, clean comfortable and welcoming… everything about it is screams HOME to us. So much so that we are going to come back next year for two weeks instead of 10 days. The on-site Host Bathurst, was a delight and helpful., and very knowledgeable about the area. He gets the ten star rating also🌟

Vanne excelente anfitrión en todo momento atenta a las necesidades que surgía, la casa muy cómoda y excelente ubicación de playa. La playa muy bonita se puede meter uno sin preocupaciones. Amaneceres y atardeceres de lujo lo recomiendo y lo más importante la atención de Vanne un lujo de persona claro que volveremos me sentí como en casa. Muchas gracias

La casa es muy linda, muy bien amoblada tanto en los muebles como en utencilios de cocina, decorada con buen gusto y muy de acuerdo a el lugar. La vista es hermosa con el mar en frente, un lugar privado sin multitudes y tranquilo.

La casa estaba limpia y con las amenidades que se indican en la publicación. El lugar tiene una vista excepcional del mar. En general todo muy bien.

The place is well located on a walking distance to Paseo Montejo. There is a lot to do in this specific spot. Our host has everything ready for a wonderful stay.

Fernanda es una excelente anfitriona, linda y atenta, y las fotos se quedan pequeñas con lo maravillosa que es la casita, esta super bien ubicada, donde te sientes vas a encontrar paz, es bellisima, y la ubicación es excelente. Mi hija la disfruto muchisimo. Vale la pena el costo, y las atenciones de Fer la casa es nueva y cada detalle fue muy bien pensado. Da una paz y una tranquilidad y sobre todo seguridad. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahi., y la recomendaria 100 %

Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la casa! si, es una casa rustica pero divina!! excelente decoración, lugar seguro para dormir, el área de la piscina frente al mar es fabulosa. Definitivamente regresaremos. Cabe mencionar que parece que le acaban de dar mantenimiento completo a la casa porque se veía recién pintada.

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

The backyard area of this house is amazing. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool (which had different levels for sitting in the water when it was hot, but also deeper areas for my kids to dive for pool toys!), and my daughter enjoyed the swings. There was a nice lounging area to sit as well. The main bed is in in the only “shared space”/dining room, so that’s something to be aware of, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was small and we didn’t cook there; we ate most meals at a restaurant or brought back food. Kikeil is sleepy (no real town/bars/restaurants) but as long as you are OK with that, you are a short 30 minute drive to Merida or Progreso beach. David was a great host: responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting our family! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

Me encantó el espacio! Muy cómodo para una visita en pareja por su privacidad! También excelente y seguro para nuestras mascotas. Cocina muy bien equipada e instrucciones muy claras!

Encantador lugar! Una experiencia muy agradable, con una zona tranquila y cerca del mar. La piscina es amplia y limpia, hay horas en las que el sol no permite disfrutarla mucho pero en horarios adecuados está perfecta. La casa siempre limpia y fresca, recomiendo abrir ventanas y dejar mosquiteros para que el aire refresque la estancia. Sin alargarme más, la recomiendo ampliamente para ir en familia, de igual forma mis mascotas la pasaron bien aun que los míos son pequeños y les quedo amplio el patio. Excelente estancia 🙌🫶

Nos encantó el alojamiento. La piscina estuvo deliciosa, la casa equipada con todo lo necesario, muy cerca de la playa y la zona fué muy buena. Nos encantaría regresar pronto.

En general la casa muy bien, espacios limpios y amplios, la alberca muy limpia y perfecta para relajarse, aunque la casa está abierta es una zona muy segura y tranquila. Hubo un problema con la luz y el refrigerador y Naim lo solucionó muy rápido. Si bien la zona no hay mucho por hacer a unos 10-15 min en auto puedes encontrar más actividades turísticas. Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que la persona que limpia la casa entró sin avisarnos previamente.

Gratitude to the hosts for sharing this stunning home with others - it is a slice of paradise and just like the photos. What better holiday can one ask for then to wake up, step outside your doorstep and into the ocean for a swim? Expect privacy as the beach, although public, has very few visitors. Spacious for 3 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook including a drip coffee maker, french press, purified water cooler, some coffee, tea, seasonings, extra-virgin olive oil and vinegars. The lounge area has reclining seats and a large TV with Netflix for late-night binges. Chelem is a quiet fishing village. There are two great breakfast spots within walking distance (Cafe Paris and Las Brujitas) as well as a fancier place for dinner which we never got to try (Mollusk). Progresso is a 15 minute drive away and has a boardwalk, beachfront restaurants and shops. Merida is an easy 45 minute drive for dinner, shopping and culture. I will 100% stay here again!

La casa es linda pero falta mantenimiento, el baño de arriba no tiene puerta y es difícil cuando vas en familia. El baño de abajo no tiene taza. las puertas de las habitaciones no cierran o abren bien así como los canceles. Las cortinas están desgastadas. La ubicación del lugar es muy buena, la playa increíble.

Es una casa muy bonita, tiene todo para pasar un gran momento en familia, todo esta muy agusto. Lo único a considerar es que es una zona de baja intensidad eléctrica, por lo que en la noche si hay mucha gente, las luces estarán fallando o estarán muy bajas, pero a pesar de eso pasamos un buen rato.
