Monthly Rentals in Chuluota

First, let me explain this was my first experience with an AirBnb and I’m pleased. I did have trouble with entry because I just didn’t know any better and it was a late arrival. Lina assisted (thanks again!). The accommodation is clean and comfortable and well appointed. I had everything I needed. The location is perfect as it’s close to my family. And it’s reasonably priced. I have already requested a reservation for next year same weekend for the another family event. So, unless my family sets up guest quarters in their home, I keep Lina’s listing where I quickly find it.

What a wonderful place to stay. Beds were comfortable, clean all around, just about every kitchen household item you may need, coffee in case you forgot to buy some, and quiet. Didn't take long to get to anywhere around Orlando and a perfect spot to stay if you want to go to the beach a few times (less than an hour away). Priscilla was always quick to respond to anything you might question and had very easy checkout instructions. Also, pictures online look just like what you walk in to, so no surprise.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home while celebrating my son’s Civil Engineering graduation from UCF! The property was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed, and more. Just 12 minutes from campus, it offered the perfect balance of convenience and escape. The highlight for us was the serene dock, mornings spent sipping coffee and evenings filled with amazing family time made this trip unforgettable. It truly felt like a peaceful getaway. Kelly Ann was an exceptional host, responsive, thoughtful, and always available when we had a question. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Marisa’s place! It was clean, quiet, and the location was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and revisit!
