Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chuo Ward

This lovely house definitely is my favorite bnb so far. Clean and quiet. It also have everything you need in the kitchen. My father has difficulty walking , the bathroom has non-slip mat and handrail. After walking around Fukuoka all day, it felt so nice for the whole family to relax and chat in the living room. Will be my no.1 choice if I have chance to go to FUKUOKA next time!!

The house was very clean. We decided to stay here since it was by the ocean. It was walking distance. The bed/futon was thin and hard but other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

This is where I stayed for 3 nights. The location of the accommodation is a bit disappointing. There is a bit of distance from Fukuoka, and there is a parking lot... but it is quite difficult to park alone. Especially at night, there is a risk of accidents due to cars coming from above and below. It may be better to park somewhere else. The accommodation is tidy. The owner is also friendly. However, the scent that seems to be sprayed indoors is a little strong, so it may be a little difficult for those who are sensitive to the scent.

We had a great stay. Hashimoto was super hospitable and waited for us to arrive and gave a thorough walkthrough of the house. Thank you for the early check in which was very helpful. The house was clean, well-equipped and perfect for our family. We loved the Nintendo Switch, comfy sofa and the spacious living area with a dining bench. The washing machine cum dryer and robot vacuum were super handy. Towels were refreshed daily and trash was taken care of! Do note the stairs are quite steep. All bedrooms are on the second floor, so it’s not ideal for elderly folks, was quite worried for my aged dad throughout the stay. Small issues bidet upstairs wasn’t working and the bathtub drained slowly. Location-wise, it’s close to a supermarket which was great. But parking is tight, challenging if you are driving a big car. Would be nice to have an extra pillow per bed but overall was great!

My family and I had a very lovely stay here. I was travelling with an elderly and we wanted to rest after a red-eye flight. The host was accomodating enough to let us check-in early before the designated check-in time. The house is new and very clean! And there was free parking space. We had a comfortable stay in the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Recommeded if you're travelling in Fukuoka by car and with family/group of friends👍

This accomodation is one of those gems that will stay in your mind for a long time. It's a quiet and calm neighborhood and still only a short walk from the station. The hosts have prepared a lot of guides and are very helpful. The house and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture of this listing. The beds are really comfy and there is enough space for big families without being cramped. If I can I will definitely stay again. Thanks so much for having us.

The house was spotless. It’s packed with every amentity that you’ll ever need and it’s right next to a metro station. Sanae-san was a great host, she appeared in person to assist us to check in and gave information in detail, and also gave lots of recommendations in Fukuoka. Definitely recommend this to anyone who visits Fukuoka

It was my first trip abroad with a young baby, and I thought that the host's accommodation was a place that was very considerate of babies, such as chairs, toiletries, and toys. I think I chose a good accommodation, so I was so satisfied. Most of all, I am so grateful to the host for being so kind and quick to respond. I'll visit again next time if I get a chance😊

This time, it was the first overseas trip of a 12-month-old baby, so I chose the accommodation through my worries. The child was a little sick, but the host was so kind and responded quickly, so we went to the hospital well. The place was even better than on the pictures. It was so useful because I could put my child to sleep comfortably and there was a door like a partition that separated the bedroom and the living room. I asked for a baby chair, and they put it in. I used it well. I was surprised to find various utensils and seasonings in the kitchen. The fridge was also large, so it was easy to store food. It was comfortable to have a separate bathroom and toilet. It was so nice to have a washing machine and laundry detergent ready. There are also tables and chairs on the terrace. It was nice to have a glass of beer while looking outside. It was close to the subway station, so it was easy to get around, and the best part was that the first floor of the building had a convenience store. There is also a Lawson convenience store a little further out. There was a small market right in front, and there were a few restaurants, so it was nice. The whole building was tidy, and I've been to overseas trips, but this was the most satisfying accommodation. If I go to Fukuoka again next time, I think I'll visit it without hesitation.

Spacious accommodation, well equipped, very clean and very well located in Fukuoka. I recommend it for two days or ten days. Very good check-in explanation and perfect communication with the host.

It was the best accommodation reservation I've made through Airbnb so far. Tableware and kitchen utensils such as gas range burners, microwaves, coffee pots, plates/cups are basic, and shower towels, skin lotions, cotton pads, toothbrushes, washing machines, etc... are really thoroughly prepared. It even comes with a mobile phone charging cable. (5-pin, C-type, iPhone, etc.) Also, the host is very friendly and responds quickly. If you are traveling with 5 people, we recommend this accommodation. As described, it's within a 5-minute walk from Akasaka Station, so transportation is convenient. (There are 5 beds, but there are many fluffy blankets, so I think that up to 6 people can sleep if one person sleeps on the floor with a blanket.)

The location was good, and the accommodation was tidy. It was the same structure as the picture, and I felt that the bedding and towels were being washed cleanly. I was able to contact the host right away, so there were no inconveniences.

Great apartment, so spacious and you can really feel at home here. Practically next door to a station that makes everything easily accessible! Yuta was a great host, clear instructions for check-in and really seamless without the need for a key.

The location of the house is good, quiet and only about five to ten minutes walk from Hakata Station. The room has just been completed, all the equipment is new and clean, and the household equipment is also complete. The room is not spacious, it is recommended for families of two or couples, it is a very relaxing place to rest.

It's close to Hakata Station or Canal City, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There are 3 rooms and plenty of beds, so it's easy to stay.

It's an accommodation I stayed on a family trip. It was very clean and nice. The location is also good, so it's good to go sightseeing.

The room was tidy although there were some issues half way but the host was very quick to follow up on responding questions

The apartment was as described and the stay very nice. The only downside was that the lockbox was a little hard to find. We needed help from the tenant about it.

An 8-month-old baby and 3 adults stayed at this property together. What you loved: - The building, interior facilities, and objects were very clean and pleasant. - The security facilities were thorough. (You always need a key to enter from the first floor entrance) - It was nice to have good hot water in the bathroom, and the kitchen tableware was very generous. - We stayed with the baby and laid a blanket on the floor. There were enough blankets and pillows for the baby to rest safely. (We cleared the dining table and chairs and made space in the living room) - It was interesting to experience a Japanese-style home. The house is small, but it has a lot of storage space, it's clean, and the laundry dried well with the air conditioner/dryer function in the bathtub and toilet ceiling. Disappointment: - It's a little far from the city.(It's not far, about 10 minutes on foot to Hakata Station. However, it may be a little difficult when walking with a baby.) - The surroundings are quiet because it's a residential area, but there was a little noise when the subway passed. - There is often noise between floors, but it was very quiet during our stay, so I didn't feel any discomfort. In summary, I am very satisfied with my stay at this accommodation, and I especially recommend it if you are traveling with a baby.

It's a little old, but overall it was cozy and okay! There was no noise between the walls or between the floors. It was convenient to have a convenience store, a pub, and a restaurant within a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. However... there is a club in the building right across the street, so if you stay on Fridays and Saturdays, it can be very noisy until morning.🥲 However, the host is friendly and responds quickly, so I recommend it if you stay on weekdays!

It was a clean exterior, interior, and comfortable accommodation! It was accessible from Hakata Station on foot, and it was spacious, so it was nice to rest as a family!
