"Hotel New Hyokk" An old mixed-use building quietly standing in a corner of the city near Kobe Station. There was a space there that had been abandoned and unused for a long time. At first glance, the Kobe-based Nishimura Group, an abandoned house renovation group, felt the potential of the place that had finished its role and set its sights on it. In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Also equipped with an island kitchen using a huge single board. It is also ideal as a small event venue. The open rooftop space is particularly noteworthy. It is within a 5-minute walk from JR Motomachi Station, and you can also walk to Sannomiya Station.There is a 24-hour convenience store and supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. It is a bit far from downtown, so you can stay quietly. There is a delicious udon restaurant right next door that is open from 7:00 AM. The room itself is on the 7th floor of a 9-story apartment building.The room is right outside the elevator. There are 2 beds, 7 futon sets, and 1 sofa bed, so it can accommodate up to 10 people.3 families can stay in their respective rooms. There is also a high chair and a baby bath for small children. The building itself is old, but the inside of the room is clean, so I would like guests who understand this to stay here. The kitchen is spacious and you can enjoy cooking. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the market where you can find fresh ingredients such as grocery stores, fish shops, and butchers. There are many recommended shops, such as cozy taverns and cute cafes. Coffee and breakfast from nearby coffee shops can be delivered.
