"Hotel New Hyokk" An old mixed-use building quietly standing in a corner of the city near Kobe Station. There was a space there that had been abandoned and unused for a long time. At first glance, the Kobe-based Nishimura Group, an abandoned house renovation group, felt the potential of the place that had finished its role and set its sights on it. In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Also equipped with an island kitchen using a huge single board. It is also ideal as a small event venue. The open rooftop space is particularly noteworthy. Morning coffee is amazing while watching the hustle and bustle of the city in the distance. Why not enjoy a special Kobe experience where you can enjoy an unusual time in a corner of the city?

It can accommodate up to 3 people because it has two single beds, futons, and tatami futons. Two single beds are joined together, It is a large bed with a width of 200 cm and a length of 200 cm. Single futons are provided for each person. Futon covers, duvet covers, pillow covers, bed sheets, all covers are changed. We provide one bath towel and one face towel, but please let us know in advance if you need more. There are many delicious and cozy restaurants nearby.
