Apartment holiday rentals in Chuo Ward

Amazing place in Osaka, beautiful and a great space. Was a highlight of our trip!

I was surprised by the abundance of content!We would like to use it again (^ ^)

Cherish's place was convenient from the nearby train station, although we took the wrong exit from the station first. (While Cherish provided a helpful .pdf guidebook including how to reach the building, it did not say which exit, so we had to GPS our way, which is also listed in the. pdf. After that, it was easy!) The location wqs convenient for Universal & the World Expo. One line up to a bigger station, then easier access to the rest of Osaka. It took us a moment to realize that the key box was inside the main door, not on a wall outside, but then access was simple. The space was clean, and many amenities were provided. It was convenient to have a Family Mart directly across the street, too. Some of the instructions in the .pdf seemed a little general and could use more specificity or updating (e.g., the guide for the thermostat remote is for a different air conditioner model). Other parts of the instructions and guides were helpful, though!

Masahito and the Kita House team were extremely hospitable from even before the trip and even took the effort to reach out to see how they could help us make our stay even more comfortable. The house was also clean and well-organised, making our stay here memorable. It’s close to the train stations and many izakayas so no worries about finding food!

Great stay in great location. close to lots of nightlife and eating options. Google maps was a bit of a pain locating the place but instructions were clear so no fault of host. apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our favourite stay in Japan. The flat made sense, was spacious and clean and in a great location. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating to a specific request I made.

Beautiful apartment in Osaka. Have a great view of the shrine across the street. Metro is walkable and the host are super responsive.

Toki was amazing, He had several notes on his recommendation on food, lots to do around the area and amazing products made by his daughter!! The area was amazing everything was within walking distance and friendly locals.Would come again!

The location of the room is good, it is not far from JR Namba, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon market, Dontobori, the house is clean, the sound insulation is also good, the facilities are fully equipped, there is a private bathroom, bathtub, washing machine, balcony (you can dry your clothes), Osaka burners downstairs are very nice, queuing often, must try; the host is very close to each other and is more attentive, I recommend this house, I will consider staying again, thank you

I didn't want to give such a high score because this home is really amazing, the space is very spacious, the location is in the middle of two subways, it is very convenient to go anywhere, near Tsutenkaku, there are super merchants just across the street, there are various chain restaurants nearby, next trip to Osaka, will choose this one!

We had a fantastic stay at Toshi’s place! Toshi was an incredibly responsible, responsive, and friendly host who truly went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service he provided, which made getting around so much more convenient for us — such a thoughtful gesture! Toshi’s hospitality made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. If we return to Osaka in the future, we will definitely choose to stay with him again. Highly recommended!

Great location close to Sannomiya station, great space and well appointed, excellent value.

The renovation of the studio made it a very comfortable space. It is also a few minutes' walk from the station, so it is highly recommended for those who do not want to waste travel time when sightseeing around the port of Osaka (Expo, Kaiyukan, etc.).

We had a great stay in Osaka! The apartment was about a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori with lots to do on the way. Namba station was a close walk as well, although very busy to navigate with luggage. The apartment felt spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. We liked the space felt we had enough room. The only thing that was challenging was getting ready as there was no full length mirror. Overall it was a great space and we’d definitely come back!

Super host! Recommend to stay when looking for a calm and nice place. Close to the station everything is near you, restaurants and markets! The host is very friendly and responsive. I Would definitely recommend the stay!

This was the best accommodation during our Japan travel. The place was so spacious compared to the other places we stayed at in Japan, and even the bathroom which I found very small in general around Japan was very big here. Especially loved the outdoor bath!! A baby cot and bath tub were provided and our baby slept beautifully during the stay. Our futons were comfortable too.

The location is very good, downstairs is 711, next to it is the Kintetsu Nipponbashi subway station, from exit 2 go down and turn right is namba walk, you can walk all the way to Namba Takashimaya Namba city and other business districts, very convenient!The house is clean and tidy, each room is large and comfortable.The only downside is that it is too close to the road, and it can be a bit noisy at night, with ambulances and police cars often passing by with sirens.Overall, it is still highly recommended!!
