The apartment, which has WI-FI, is on the second floor of an entirely renovated historic palace, equipped with an elevator. It covers a total area of 130 square metres on a single level, plus another 40 square metres of terrace which can be accessed from an elegant staircase in the living room. Inside there are two bedrooms equipped with double beds (160x200 in one and 140x200 in the other), air conditioning, heating and televisions also equipped with satellite antenna (at the time of the photos they were not yet present), two bathrooms equipped with shower, a large and elegant living room also furnished with Sicilian details, equipped with a double sofa bed (can be used on request at an additional cost of 20 euros per person) and a screen, also equipped with air conditioning and TV, communicating through a large opening with the kitchen area equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, a breakfast table and anythingelse needed to make you feel at home; there is also a laundry room equipped with washing machine, so as to comfortably allow even long stays. The large terrace furnished with umbrella is ideal for spending pleasant moments. Location: Ten minutes from the central station and taxi stop, located in the heart of the historic center, between Via Maqueda and Via Roma, a few steps from some of the main monuments of the city, including: Piazza Pretoria, the church of Martorana and that of Santa Caterina, the Quattro Canti (crossroads of ancient Palermo), the Cathedral and the Royal Palace, to name just some of the beautiful monuments that are part of the Arab-Norman route ( recognized UNESCO heritage). A short walk from the historic markets of Vucciria and Ballarò, but still located in a quiet and quiet setting. In the evening, the nearby squares of Sant'Anna and Vucciria are lively, becoming the ideal place for a pleasant aperitif and an opportunity for meeting and cultural exchange.

Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

It is divided into two floors plus a terrace and a terrace. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom complete with shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom, a small bathroom and a terrace from which you can access via a staircase to the terrace. The house is equipped with air conditioning.
