This was a beautiful, relaxing, peaceful space with incredible views and all the amenities you could ask for. The extra thoughtful and generous items provided by the host made the stay really very special. Absolutely wonderful. A beautiful and spacious location, set in a half-timber house built in the 15th century. So well appointed with fine furniture and wonderful art on the walls. It would have been tempting to stay in it for the week if there weren’t so much to do right outside the door in the lovely town of Bishop’s Castle. Loved it and eager to come back soon!

I enjoyed my second visit to Ginny's place and it, again, suited me down to the ground. It's peaceful, secluded and set in a fabulous location. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The bathroom facilities are excellent. The host is kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. If you enjoy peace and quiet and nature and wildlife you would have to look hard to find better. Utterly recommended.

A comfortable, yet quirky accommodation. Very friendly, responsive and helpful hosts, who also totally respect guests’ privacy. Access to their beautiful, enclosed garden was perfect for our little dog. It was the finishing touches that really stood out- an extremely generously-filled welcome basket, quality towels and bed linen, and Nigel’s up-cycled nik naks. We would highly recommend Alison’s “Cwtch” accommodation to any couple.
