Monthly Rentals in Churchville

The house is big, beautiful, and well maintained. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. Very nice backyard to sit and relax. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cold when we visited, so couldn't enjoy the backyard fully. The kitchen is great, furnished with coffee maker (both Keurig cups and drip coffee), waffle maker etc., There is also a barbecue in the backyard. There are 3 full bathrooms with showers that are specious and clean. Only thing I would say is, if you use all the 3 showers at the same time the hot water can be a bit of a problem on cold days. Give a 10 min break between using the showers, and it would be fine. The suburban neighbor hood is very quiet and beautiful. Check in and check out was super easy. Host Zahil is very nice and friendly person, proactive and clear with all the check in/check out instructions. He was very quick to respond to all our messages at anytime. There are grocery stores, and many food places nearby. I would highly recommend this place.

Cindy's place was magical. We are very familiar with the area and were happy to stay. Her place was adorable, love the tow path, restaurants and the bed was so comfortable! The shower was fantastic too! We come to visit our daughter often and would love to stay again. Cindy is a fabulous host!

William's spot really exceeded my expectations! It was super cozy and spacious for my family of 4. We were in town for a little over a week visiting family. There was a room with a desk and office chair, separate from the main living space, that was perfect for the couple of days that we needed to work remotely. We are already familiar with the area, since it is where we originally lived before moving out of state, but William was available with suggestions and recommendations to make the most of our trip still! The house was well stocked and the nespresso machine was a favorite during our stay! Super convenient to soooooo many restaurants and shops and the neighborhood is a great, quiet, family friendly spot. William was excellent at communicating and was always super helpful and quick to respond. The next time we plan a trip to the area, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!
