Enjoy its beautiful garden, sun loungers, mini-golf and French pool table. The soccer, tennis and paddle tennis court can be rented by the hour at an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people).

The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

Everyone in the world is well received here. Bedroom, living room with panoramic viewpoint, kitchen and bathroom. It's an old building without an elevator, you have to go up two floors. There is a space between the apartments where bicycles can be parked. No parties.
