Here, calm reigns with a magnificent view of the valley, and the ascent of Pilat. Here, it is the serenity of the place that is offered with a large interior space and a large outdoor space. La Lutinière Gite

Independent stone house of 40 m2, and for 4 people maximum, "la Lutinière" is located in a small very quiet hamlet, 5 minutes' drive from the center of Pélussin. In the heart of the Pilat Regional Nature Park you will be in harmony with nature and animals. La Lutinière offers you a fully equipped space combining comfort and authenticity. You can also enjoy the wooden terrace as well as shared spaces (children's games, chicken coop, garden...) with our family.

Old forge in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park

On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our vacation rental has found refuge in an old 18th century farmhouse, classified by the Heritage Foundation. It is a remarkable natural site located just below the Crêt de l'Œillon and the "Trois dents"; it faces the valleys of the Rhône, the Drôme and the Alps. Through the many surrounding paths, you can discover a strong and still preserved nature. It's completely peaceful.

This new home has a unique style. It was created in an old stone house. The view of the Rhône, the valley, the Alps is just sublime. This house was completely renovated in 2021. It is very well insulated in both winter and summer. Guests will enjoy a terrace with stunning views of Mont Pilat. We'll share the garden. You will discover the Pilat Regional Park, the vineyards of Condrieu, the Gallo-Roman city of Vienne... or you will work in the valley.

Quiet - Renovated barn - Parc du Pilat

In a small hamlet, renovated barn and decorated in a rustic and artisanal spirit you will stay in an area of 60 m2 kitchen, living room and a large bedroom 20 m2 with toilet and en-suite shower room. Near nature you can go on beautiful hikes, or relax on the terrace with a superb view, a small football with the children or a pétanque before the aperitif, it is possible too. Large but unenclosed lot, close to animals in the neighborhood.

Gîte de la Faverge

Charming duplex on the ground floor. Featuring a large living/dining room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (upstairs), an outdoor dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. You have access to a heated indoor pool shared with another vacation rental. For everyone's peace of mind, access to the pool is not allowed after 10 p.m. Sheets are provided but towels are not (on request at extra cost). Guests clean before they leave.

Simple and calm life in the center

Bienvenue dans ce petit appartement simple et fonctionnel, situé au cœur de Pélussin, dans un environnement calme. Le logement comprend une chambre avec deux lits simples, adapté pour deux ou un voyageurs. L’aménagement est sobre et fonctionnel, avec une cuisine équipée de l’essentiel. L’appartement dispose du Wi-Fi et d’une télévision, faisant de ce logement un pied-à-terre pratique pour travailler ou découvrir le Pilat.

Gîte des Treilles

Charming studio in the countryside in a quiet and preserved environment. A refreshing place, freshly tastefully renovated in the heart of the Pilat Regional Park, close to renowned vineyards. Private outdoor area with small plancha to enjoy the surrounding nature and aperitifs. This studio is an independent annex of the main house, with goats and cats at large, as well as frogs and other amphibians in the natural pond.

Caprice... a small atypical cottage in a quiet area.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.
