Absolutely perfect, in every way. The house is located in a peaceful haven but with everything you need within 5 min drive, ideal for enjoying a peaceful evening after a day at the beach or walking. Our 3-year-old daughter felt at home there, which was especially convenient on rainy days. I recommend it without reservation, and our hotel was extremely pleasant and responsive. From the second I booked the beautiful villa in Sunbilla with Carmen and José, they took great care of advising with best activities, supporting with arrival and providing a wonderful clean home with all necessary amenities. The accommodation is very quiet and conveys a lot of peace, making you feel at home. It doesn't lack anything. Spectacular garden, we enjoyed it a lot and especially our dog. We went to spend the weekend with the family, 3 couples with 2 children. The house is much better than it looks in photos, it has incredible views, we were delighted so much by space, cleanliness, house amenities. It has a great fireplace, radiant heating, bathtub and hydromassage shower. Tomás and Izaskun are lovely have advised us what route to do and which to visit, they are very attentive and friendly. The house has BBQ outside on a covered snack. There is Ping pong, and terrain for children to play inside the grounds of the house. It was great and we hope to come back. For me personally the best rural stay I've had.

We had a great time at Sarah and William's place who were available and welcomed us warmly. The accommodation is very cozy, the park is mind-blowing and secure which is a plus if you come with your dog. Many walks are reached by foot from the accommodation. We'll be back longer next time!!!

Great large house with a very nice heated swimming pool. Stunning views from the house. Located in a nice little town with lots of restaurants to choose within walking distance of the house. House is 15 minutes drive to the stunning seaside town of St Jean De Luz. Biarritz and San Sebastián also within 40 mins drive. Comfortably slept our group of 10 and would recommend. We hope to return in future.

Beautiful house in a spectacular natural setting. The outdoor area is a delightful one. Kids have really enjoyed it. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Communication with Ramón has been fluid, giving us a lot of information about the house and the area. As areas for improvement I would say that the common areas (living room and kitchen) are also spacious but could have been cleaner and more welcoming. The sofas are old and not very comfortable. The house isn't very bright. Despite that, I would recommend the house because the stay was good and the area is worth it.

Rosario's house is Beautiful, unbeatable hospitality, an ideal place to disconnect and relax. The tidiness and cleanliness is excellent. The great location for various routes, Etxalar is very nice, and the architecture of its houses is impressive. Breakfast overlooking a beautiful valley... is priceless.
