Now with free Netflix! Welcome to lovely central Indiana! With family from Long Island, what could we do but go with a seaside theme? There's great amenities here - music, sports and racin'. Antiques in downtown Noblesville about a mile away. The house is 15 min from Ruoff Music Center (aka Deer Creek). It's about 45 min from downtown Indy, 20 min from Westfield Sports. The area is fairly quiet, with some traffic. My place is good for couples, adventurers, travelers, and families with kids.

Enjoy watching the sunset over the water, from the back 2 decks. 15 minute drive to Grand Park. Main floor Master with King Bed. Main floor Full Bathroom with tub/shower. Additional 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom with shower in basement.

The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.
