Daarnaast is de woning voorzien van alle hedendaagse gemakken zoals onder andere een airconditioning in iedere kamer (2022 geïnstalleerd) en een volledig eigen privé zwembad (10x5mtr.) The oldest part of the house, which dates back to the 12th century,adjoins the main house and sleeps 2 .
