From the second-floor terrace, you can enjoy stunning sunset views, while the garden’s grassy area and a pergola-covered seating space for at least 12 people provide the perfect setting for peaceful and memorable moments.

Located in the most decent neighborhood of Konak, two minutes walking distance to the sea and tram station, three stops away from Konak Merkez and Fahrettin Altay, with a hiking park behind it, with a hiking park behind it, the building and all the items are brand new. There is an elevator on the 2nd floor. Everything you need for long term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel special , peaceful and positive.

The DAP Yapı Twin Towers offer a stunning view of the İzmir Bay, as well as a pool view. Gym and pool usage are available. There is both outdoor and indoor parking. The apartment has everything you need. It is located next to Atatürk Stadium. The Stadium Metro station is a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. I speak English, German, Russian, Persian, and Arabic. Anyone unfamiliar with İzmir is welcome to ask questions without hesitation.

You have easy access to everything from my home, which is centrally located. Tram to 1 min. 5 min walking distance to Bostanlı ferry port and countertop ferry piers. There is a 25 m2 terrace in the front and back. It is a quiet and calm street. If you wish, you can enjoy a hammock on the terrace while listening to music with Monster cabins.
