It was a very, very nice stay experience. Özgür Bey's communication was great. You can choose to stay with peace of mind. Just like most buildings in that neighborhood, there is no elevator in this building, and people who have problems with their legs or older should consider that the apartment is on the top floor

The location of the house is really great. We stayed with my family for 3 weeks. I don't think there is a more suitable option in Izmir for families with children. Transportation is very easy. There is a metro 50 meters away, Bostanlı is 20 minutes walk away. There is a neighborhood market behind 2 streets on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Very close to all grocery stores. The apartment and garden are also subject to regular cleaning and maintenance. The host is very attentive and meets the needs in a very short time. Thank you so much for everything.

From start to finish Mehmet's communication was excellent, he is extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, perfectly located for my use, near the promenade, near the tram station and looking out onto lovely gardens. If I'm honest the apartment is noisy from the neighbouring apartments due to poor sound insulation, that said, I would definitely stay again, the best place I've stayed in Izmir.

Volkan has many places on airbnb, and he runs them very well. It really suits my style off laid back chilled out. like coming home.
