Amazing amazing amazing!!! Breanne blew us away with flexibility, hospitality, and support during our stay. She went above and beyond a beautiful home. She made it personal in various ways. Welcome note, welcome message, a little thought/gift upon arrival, suggestions to support our interests and visit, and quick response to any questions we had. This above and beyond the amazing accommodations. She thought of everything and had every little thing we could ever need in the house. (Kitchen with spices, ice, every small and large tool/gadget. Bathrooms with all the things you need or may have forgot to bring. Outside grill, seating area, fire area with wood, outside games. And soooo much more. We have stayed at houses across the country and abroad. Without a doubt, Breanne was our top host making it not a stay at a house but rather a home!

We had a great time at Tina's place! It was the perfect size for us and had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen to make our dinners! The massage chair was worth the price of the stay alone and we were pleasantly surprised with how comfy the reclining couches were - if you need the extra sleeping space, these were awesome to sleep on!! The bed in the master was so comfortable and adjustable to your liking - so if you are like me (who likes a firmer bed) or my husband (who likes the softness of a cloud), you can both be comfy here on the same bed! the hot tub was clean and relaxing and just what we needed to relax after we did the manitou incline!! we didn't run into any issues during our stay, but if we had, i have no doubt that Tina would have been on top of it right away.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy, comfortable home! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We brought our two dogs, and it worked out great. The fenced-in backyard gave them space to stretch their legs, and the location was perfect for day trips to Garden of the Gods and downtown Manitou Springs, easy to get to and so much to explore nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was super smooth. Note for future guests: The fenced backyard is really convenient, but just a heads-up. there’s no direct door from the house to the yard. You’ll go out the front door and walk about 10 feet to the right to access it. It’s not a problem at all, just something helpful to know if you’re bringing pets.

We absolutely loved this house. We stopped through on our honeymoon on a road trip from Palm Springs to Chicago. We had our two dachshunds with us and they loved the yard. We made dinner at home, saving some cash, soaked in the hot tub during a thunderstorm, and went to a branch of our gym in the morning, which was only 10 minutes away. We all had a great time and would definitely come back again (for two or three nights this time)!

This house was perfect for our stay yet again! We appreciate how friendly and helpful the hosts always are and especially how pet friendly they are…it’s so hard when traveling to find a place that is so accommodating with our dogs so we highly recommend for any pet parents out there! The house has charm, a wonderful kitchen for long stays and is close enough to several restaurants to walk!

What an incredible experience. Tim and Laura's home was spacious,clean,and beautifully decorated. Timothy was very welcoming,and seemed to anticipate our every need.The perfect host,communicating from beginning to end. It was wonderful arriving to a homemade Italian pasta dinner,and fully stocked kitchen.I could go on about all the extra attention to details,but I'll end with the breathtaking view!!! Thankyou Tim and Laura for sharing your home. Highly recommend.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

The host, Erin, provided detailed checkin/checkout instructions and responded quickly to messages. Also, the location was easy to find and close to restaurants, the lake, and park. The home itself was cozy and inviting. Overall, we had a great stay!

The home has tons of beds, almost two kitchens (full size fridge & microwave downstairs). Sofas and sofas and more sofas. Julia has more kids books then all our Grandbabies put together. The beds were so comfortable, the views incredible. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with even with all the mess and disaster AirBNB put us through she was fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough!

This was my first time staying at an Air B&B and it was a very easy process! Home was very clean and accommodating for 15 guests that included kids who didn’t complain about being bored!! The games and outdoor slide kept everyone entertained!

Space was as advertised - modern, clean and comfortable for five adults visiting for the long weekend out of state. Secure and convenient parking was an added bonus. Check in and check out was convenient - host was responsive to any concerns and provided communication up to and throughout our stay. Will stay again when in the area.

The house was just like the pictures. Beautiful decor and very inviting. The host was quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Overall, great place to stay!

This was a great stay! Approx. 10-15 minutes away to a ton of activities and great restaurants in a reliable and safe neighborhood. VERY clean and no clutter. Thank you for the great stay!

Wow! Talk about an amazing view! Can’t get much better than this! The mountains, Garden of the Gods, the trees and birds. Heavenly just sitting on that expansive balcony. The place itself was also perfect! Clean, spacious, very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed too. We loved the place so much, we couldn’t wait to get back after a full day of hiking and biking. Would definitely return to the area and to this incredible BnB!

This house was perfect! Very clean and in a great location! The hot tub was an added bonus! Our family and pups had a great time and will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town.

The property was better than described. An amazing setting, private and serene. lots of stuff to do in the area but you don't really need to leave at all! Incredibly responsive and helpful host. Our only complaint is the dismal weather we had!! Mother Nature did squash our fun factor a little.

This Southwestern condo was very cute and comfortable! Zoey was very communicative and flexible with our check-in! We enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have spent more time here!
