We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

We spent a week in Daniele and Chiara's villa and loved the location - within easy reach of many beautiful places to visit - and the quiet and peaceful setting. The villa is just the right size for for a couple and the terrace, with its comfortable outdoor furniture, and the excellent pool were a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. Brilliant!

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing time at the house. The location is truly unique. We didn’t even want to go out for a day or in the evenings, you could spend you days peacefully in the hamlet, swimming, reading or chilling out! The beds were large and comfortable, there are plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a lively supermarket and a deli in the town, so you can easily make fresh delicious food and just chill and enjoy the views at the house. I’d recommend a trip to the marble mines of Carrara, and to the river pools, besides of course Pisa and Lucca. It’s a unique place and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Camaiore! The house is spacious, with a large terrace and a huge garden – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan experience. The pizza oven in the garden was a fantastic touch, and we loved making our own pizzas! Paola, the host, was incredible, always responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The private parking was a great convenience. We stayed for 8 nights and it truly was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

Sarah and Massimo's house is in a great location, the interior is spacious and modern, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is large and very beautiful, full of plants and in a relaxing atmosphere. The bikes available to guests are an added value. The host has always been responsive and professional and provided us with useful advice on local products. Super recommended house!

We felt very comfortable in the home of Emma and her mother. The apartment is quietly located and yet you can quickly get to the center with a little trip (15 min). Very kind and super helpful host, fantastic location close to the sea and all services. You can forget about the machine. Very nice and clean house, too bad the second room is not very big. Wonderful outdoor space and very enjoyable. Value for the money.

We stayed at Chiara's place for a competition on the beach, during the April 25 bridge. We often return to Pietrasanta during this time and we were really satisfied with the location and accommodation in general. Chiara was very kind in providing us with all the check-in information, which we were late, coming from afar. Everything went smoothly and the stay was really pleasant. In the house we found everything you need, in the kitchen and bathroom: highly recommended! We hope to be back soon! Thanks!!

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Beautiful individual apartment located in a beautiful quiet and charming neighborhood, we had a great time both for the strategic location between the sea and the center and for the proximity to the main services. Federica was super welcoming, she left us some small welcome gifts that were very welcome and two bikes included with the addition at our request of a seat for our 4-year-old daughter that allowed us to safely forget the car and ride around the area in complete relaxation. A special mention for the establishment we have an agreement with and recommend: Bagni Carlo in Marina di Pietrasanta, a real blast from the past with a warm family-run management like it used to be, an impeccable establishment and excellent value for money for the area. We had a wonderful stay at Marco's place! The place is breathtaking and the atmosphere is magical :) We felt totally comfortable in the accommodation and it was difficult for us to say goodbye. Marco's tips for activities and restaurants were worth their weight in gold!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos: very comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were very kind and always available to accommodate my every need, with great courtesy. The house was fresh and very clean, perfect for relaxing after a day at the sea, which can be easily reached on foot in about 13 minutes. I also really appreciated the availability of bicycles, although I did not use them, they are an added value to move around comfortably. The bed – and a breaker like me says it – is really very comfortable! Absolutely positive experience, I highly recommend it and hope to be back soon!
