Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

Our stay at La Casa dell Abate was truly wonderful and memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys beauty and comfort off the beaten path. From the moment we arrived, Allesio was welcoming, friendly, showed us around the home and offered tips on what to do. He will also offer you the opportunity for a pasta class or gourmet dinner which is prepared by their friend Francesco, in the private garden/outdoor kitchen. We really enjoyed this experience. Their home is beautifully decorated yet maintains the charm of the 16th century in which the village was built. We slept great in the peaceful surroundings and the comfortable beds with nice linens. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

After scouring the internet for the best place to stay in Tuscany, I surprised my mom by bringing her here for her birthday and she CRIED! The property is the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed in the world. We only had two nights but it was absolutely wonderful and Arezzo is a great base for exploring Tuscany. Stefano is the kindest, most generous and thoughtful host I’ve ever met and his home is so unique and high end. He made my mom’s birthday so memorable and I am forever grateful. If you have the chance to cook with him, drink in the garden, or get recommendations for another nearby town, do it!!! He is the best and embodies what Airbnb should be. We love him and can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re reading this, your search is over!!

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

The host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure every detail of our stay was just right. The house itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with charming touches that reflect the Tuscan countryside. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, from the cozy linens to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every corner of the home felt intentional and inviting. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat.
