Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. The terrace overlooking the sea🌊is a small characteristic apartment that belonged to my grandfather, located in the picturesque port of Riomaggiore. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope you bring good luck to couples as it was for my grandparents🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

A trip chosen almost to play with my girlfriend Oriana, three days of wonderful emotions and feelings to take home. Assunta and Ivan, with their Matilde (beautiful dog of extraordinary sweetness), transported us into a dream, from the warm welcome, to the small attentions. And if the details make a difference, and they do, there are a lot of details here, from the cleanliness of the place to the crazy breakfasts! A project, that of their B&B, of extraordinary beauty. From the entrance there are wonderful scents, from lavender to dry straw; the colors are earthy, natural, sincere, a bit like their smile. It was great to chat with them about anything. We recommend learning how much more you need to know about the place and the surroundings. There are wonderful stories in those valleys full of nature, and they're there within walking distance. This extraordinary place really deserves to be seen, but above all lived. Highly recommended!

We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.
