Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! Quiet and sunny holiday flat in the heart of upper Engadin, 20 min car or train drive to St.Moritz. The flat offers a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate sleeping room. Totally there are three options for sleeping, a double bed (160x200), a daybed that can be extended for two kids or teens (2x80x200) and a bed sofa in the living room (140x200). However the flat is ideal for two adults and 1-2 kids. The flat has been renovated in 2024 and got fully refurbished.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.
