HolidayHomeSpalato features comfortable and modern rooms, cosy pool and grill area. All of that was planed to bring pleasure and fun to your stay in beautiful city of Split. We welcome you at our home, which features two spacious apartments. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen and living room in each one. Accommodates 12 persons.

Ovaj novouređeni apartman je lociran u opuštajućoj prirodi Splita, predio Žrnovnica. Opustite se na privatnoj terasi u jacuzziu uz cvrkut ptica i odmarajući pogled na planinu Mosor i rijeku Žrnovnicu. 2 km automobilom je udaljen od plaža Strožanac i Stobreč. Ima tri spavaće sobe te dnevni boravak sa trosjedom na razvlačenje za 2 osobe. Apartman je blizu svih bitnih sadržaja, centra Splita, plaže, grada Omiša, rijeke, a opet daleko od gradske vreve. Za one koji žele miran i opuštajući odmor.

All floors have beautiful seaview, parking for cars and possibility to use bbq near house. All of them have big terrace, SAT-TV, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on pool level ( huge dinning table, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch, Smart tv) 2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!

Mala Perla Jadrana liegt auf der Sonnenseite von Ciovo. Findet/folgt uns auf Instgram: pearlatthesea. Von der Wohnung/Terrasse aus, geht der Blick über die Adria hinüber nach Brac, Solta sowie im Hintergrund Hvar sowie im Osten Biokovo. Wir liegen direkt am Meer/Strand in der (echten) 1. Reihe. Wenn Ihr aus dem Hoftor hinausgeht, sind es keine 10 Meter bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG (= oberster Stock) eines Zweifamilienhauses und ist in 2019 komplett saniert worden.

It's an ideal place for relaxation, swimming and enjoying your vacation. The Apartment is 38 sqm large, suitable for 2 persons with 1 child.
