Nice centric studio by the sea

Nice centric studio perfect for friends or small families located in a renovated old stone house in Dalmatian, Kaštel Novi, 4 kilometers away from Split's airport. 50 meters from the sea and 10 minute walking to the beach. On the seafront promenade you will find many lovely restaurants with a great atmosphere and little shops as well as supermarkets. The studio is full equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, and includes a doble bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. We accept dogs.

This brand new house built June 2022 is a joy to behold! It accomodates 5 people and offers a 25square meters swimming pool and a jacuzzi. You can boast with your BBQ skills on the outside terrace; or show the world how good you are playing FIFA on PS5 inside the house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Features a built in pool, a gorgeous view of Split and Trogir and everything you'd expect from a normal home. Located in a quiet tucked away place 10 minutes from the airport. A 25 minute drive to the center of Split and a 15 minute from to the center of Trogir. Just a 15 minute walk to the local grocery store and a 10 minute walk to the train station nearby.
