All floors have beautiful seaview, parking for cars and possibility to use bbq near house. All of them have big terrace, SAT-TV, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on pool level ( huge dinning table, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch, Smart tv) 2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!

We are located directly on the sea/beach in the (real) 1st row. If you go out the courtyard gate, it's less than 10 meters to the sea. The apartment is on the 1st floor (= top floor) of a two-family house and was completely renovated in 2019.
