All of them have big terrace, SAT-TV, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on pool level ( huge dinning table, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch, Smart tv) 2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!

From the apartment/terrace, the view goes over the Adriatic over to Brac, Solta and in the background Hvar as well as in the east Biokovo. We are located directly on the sea/beach in the (real) 1st row. If you go out the courtyard gate, it's less than 10 meters to the sea. The apartment is on the 1st floor (= top floor) of a two-family house and was completely renovated in 2019.

Four old friends reunited for some relaxing, laughing, eating and just being happy together. I’m sure that our happy vibe brought us to this place. Marijeta was just the place we needed and Marijo was exactly the host that fitted our vibe. House felt like home, with gorgeous garden, refreshing pool and gorgeous surroundings. Jadranka was a very helpful and friendly host. She gave us advices on places to visit and was very quick to help when we needed it. The Apartment is a simple but practicle place. The neighbourhood was quiet with supermarkets nearby and a bakery appr 2 min walk from the apartment. The beach is appr 5 min walk from the apartment and is very beautiful and a relaxing place with a couple of beach bars and a place to buy burgers and ice cream. This became one of our favourite beaches. Thank you very much Jadranka for your hospitality !

We were very warmly welcomed by Drazen, everything was explained to us and Drazen was always available if we had any questions. The apartment was even better than we hoped. Everything was clean and the apartment was top equipped! The pool has also been very nice and you could spend the day at home. By car is the location 1A you can drive to beautiful beaches in a short time. And supermarkets are just around the corner too, a smaller 5 mins walk, the other (bigger) 3 mins by car. All in all, 5 stars , absolutely recommended.

The apartment is great, very clean and modern. We had absolutely everything and the host communicated perfectly with us and left us a welcome touch. The street to get there just comes in one car and aunt to be careful that you go up the street, but everything else is great.

The four of us had a great time on vacation in Čiovo. Everything was according to agreement. Mr. Ivan showed us everything around the apartment and was available for all our questions. The apartment is in a great location, right next to the beach, cafes and a bakery, and the shop is a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is really beautiful and has everything you need in everyday life, even a bit more. The view is amazing, even nicer than in the pictures. The path down to the sea is indeed quite steep, but you will be rewarded with peace and crystal clear water. Dejan's mother welcomed us very warmly and also during our stay she was extremely helpful and hospitable: she provided us with grapes and figs from her garden several times, lent us umbrellas, gave us tips for excursions and shopping and even handed over drinks before departure. Thank you for that! However, there is a criticism: in one of the many conversations with Dejan's mother, she has described herself as radical right, which fits her positive attitude to the AfD, Trump, and also the anti-Semitic narratives. It was hard to bear for us as a queer couple.

I enjoyed my stay. I had everything I needed. The place was much bigger than I had expected. Very comfortable stay. Everything was really clean and it's such a modern and updated home. Stanka is great and amazing, very helpful and communication was great. I would stay here again. I recommend to everyone to stay here.
