Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the toilet. It wasn’t a major issue but a bit more attention to this would enhance the overall experience. We stayed for one month and had a wonderful experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All the essentials were provided — including towels, shampoo, toiletries, quality cookware, and cleaning products — which made our long stay very convenient. The building has a gym that opens at 6 AM, which was a great bonus, and AEON BSD Mall is within walking distance — super convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a mosque about a 15-minute walk away, perfect for Jumu'ah prayers. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you again!

Was a pleasant stay, if you like city view it would be perfect in private area

Pros : Location in the middle of jakarta so everywhere is close. The shower is really okay with the water pressure. Very clean and well equipped. The view is pretty good because it's on the 30th floor. There are snacks & mineral water, plus a big & cold fridge. Each room has air conditioning. The host is very helpful & responsive There are a lot of snack places around. Cons: It's jammed on the way to and from work, which is normal. Perfect space for 3 adults, if more + suitcases maybe the space is a little less loose. Straight check-in/check-out time 2pm-11am lol

From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. We stayed at Grace's place for one night before our train to Jogja, but for one night this place was perfect. The place is modern, comfortable, and conveniently located for our needs. My only complaint is we didn't have enough time to take advantage of this great apartment.

Nice big apartment , centrally located very close to MRT and perfect location to enjoy Car Free Day on Sunday. There are few minimarts nearby, and the swimming pool has jacuzzi which is very nice at night. The apartment has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the TV has good entertainment. There’s a free one car parking pass provided. Highly recommend Frida’s apartment for your stay in Jakarta!

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Recommended place for staycation with friends! 💖 (suitable for 3 people). We book the unit including suddenly, but the host is fortunately communicative & very fast response so the booking process is also fast ✨ The check-in instructions by Susan were also smooth without a hitch. The instructions were clear and detail. We request for early check-in & late check-out is also allowed 🥺 There is free access to the pool & gym on the 1st floor. There are also minimarkets, laundry & coffee shops right near the lobby. Need to shop for more complete snacks/ingredients? There is also Indomaret in different towers. Cooking utensils are quite complete/simple cooking. There is also a mini rice cooker, electric stove, electric teapot, microwave! Toiletries are also provided with towels, body wash & shampoo. There is also a water heater, hairdryer & iron. Comfortable beds +there is a smart tv so you can movie marathon all day ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Sis Susan's Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Comfort and neat place to staycation

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment, the home is so clean and amenities are so new. The view from the balcony is amazing , where you can see the garden directly. The AC is well maintained and can cool the house in a second. The location is the best , near to the malls where you can find everything you need. Overall I really recommend this place.
