Vertheuil house, 3 rooms completely renovated, 25 minutes from the ocean, 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and 10 minutes from the great Médoc appellations. In front of the house is a small south-facing garden. Garden furniture and two adult bikes are available, as well as an adjoining storage space with washing machine and a private parking space.
