The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

The ideal isolated escape ! Perfect to déconnect, rest and recharge. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes) this cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.

Je propose un terrain nu sans eau courante ni électricité. Ce terrain plat et ombragé d'une vaste superficie vous attend pour poser votre tente ou van. ( Pas de camping car). Le terrain est bordée par une rivière qui vous permettra de vous rafraîchir ou de pêcher... Il y a des toilettes sèches. A noter :l'accès est facile mais le chemin est étroit pour un camping car.
