Fantastic view and period furnishings, exposed beams. Very cozy. Large and romantic bedroom. Living room with double sofa bed (sleeps 2), modern equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and 4 burners), bathroom with shower. Bright and romantic. Access to the building through an ancient courtyard with a very charming porch.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location, with a beautiful view of the lower city and less than ten minutes walk to the funicliore which takes you up to the Citta Alta. Marco and Lucia are wonderful hosts and they were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. If I visit Bergamo again I will definitely stay at their place again.

Great stay in a great city! Pros: the apartment is spacious, modern and lovely; it's right in the middle of everything; love the glass elevator and the adjoining terrace; the view is to die for. The garden in the courtyard is gorgeous and we liked seeing its resident tortoise. Cons: despite four co-hosts, I had trouble getting responses to my messages, especially early in the reservation process. The dinner plates and wine glasses are too big for the tiny dishwasher. Being right in the middle of things, you definitely hear plenty of noise (partying, construction.) It was nice weather, so we had the windows open. Coming from NYC that wasn't a big deal to us, but some might be disturbed by it. Closing the windows and running the AC helps muffle most of the noise.
