Holiday rentals with a patio in City of Adelaide

We loved staying at Shell’s place for a second time! Having been there before, we felt right at home with the familiarity of everything. Would love to stay again.❤️❤️❤️❤️

David's place was neat and pristine. David was also very helpful and approachable. Will definitely recommend his place.

Brent and Stella’s place was as described. The location is definitely its best feature if you’re looking for something close to the city but not in it. Communication was great and we were able to have an early check-in on request.

Had a great stay at Pav's place. The fully enclosed balcony and use of the pool were great for our toddler to burn energy after a long day of driving. Beds were comfy and place was clean. Thanks Pav!

Wow! Best instructions to get into the Air BnB, very simple to understand. Including the photos 10/10 for instructions. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, sporting events ect. Beautiful views, and amenities. Love it thanks for having us.

We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave. Lots of lovely extras included. From the comfiest mattresses, to soft linen sheets and beautiful bathroom products - everything was exceptionally well considered.

David's place was excellent, great location, good facilities and walking distance to most of the CBD. I would definitely recommend David's place and would definitely stay again next time.

Unit was very really located and nice. Had issues finding it and getting keys. Having to go 650 m with luggage wasn’t convenient through streets.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy's place. It was exactly as pictured and described on the listing, in a great location and very accessible. Lucy is a great communicator and we had absolutely no issues as she really thought of everything!

The house is situated in a lovely older established area with many handsome, heritage sandstone buildings. Very quiet walkable streets. 5 minutes by car to the CBD & Botanic Gardens. The house is very comfortably furnished with an easy outdoor area to sit in. The house has air-conditioning & useful amenities.

The is our second time staying at this residence and would definitely stay again. It’s in a great location down a quiet side street, away from noise and the hustle and bustle, but still within easy walking distance to the fantastic restaurants of Gouger Street and the Adelaide Markets. Interior extremely clean and very modern with spacious sized rooms, bathroom, and loungeroom. Always have issues with the tv remote, but otherwise cannot complain. Really love this place and will be back.

Lucinda was always quick to reply to any questions we had when booking the property. It was in an ideal near CBD position but with lovely parks to walk the dogs nearby. Easy to access the city and the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Everything we needed was accommodated.

A great place to stay whilst in Adelaide! Perfectly located with cafes, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The CBD is also within walking distance. The apartment was well appointed and felt like home with thoughtful touches. As others have said the parking access is tight but we had no issues in our small hire car. The only thing to improve was the bed which we found to be uncomfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Great location on the edge of the CBD, close to excellent cafes and pubs, with IGA supermarket nearby. Very quick and easy to get to Adelaide Central market, Rundle Mall, Gouger St on public transport or for a longer stroll. Relatively quiet despite the central location. Clean, tidy and well appointed apartment that was perfect for our group of two couples. Would recommend and happily stay again

We had a great 9 days stay at Aloe & Nicks accommodation! The location was perfect, easy to jump on free a tram & head further into the CBD or down to Glenelg, but also far enough out of the CBD that it wasn’t really noisy or too hectic & was also central for us to be able to go on day trips. The bedding & pillows were comfortable & the bathroom was simple and clean. We hired a car for the trip so it was very handy to have a parking space included with the properly & although there was a pool available, we didn’t get a chance to use this facility. Aloes communication was prompt, friendly & helpful. We would gladly recommend this property to others :)

We loved our stay. Leonie was really communicative which made check in easy. Perfect location right near the train station so easy to get around. The apartment is really spacious with a lovely balcony which we watch the sunrise on. All the amenities you need plus the wellness centre is a great bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, so close to the Rundle street mall. So many great options for food and dining out. Pubs only a 5 min walk away. Unit was very clean and tidy, with a great balcony. Great communication from manager, and someone was there to greet us on arrival. The only negative is that there is no parking for your vehicle, nearby parking stations are quite expensive to use. other than that, 5 stars.

The unit was absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable clean beautifully designed. Easy walking to jetty road. Will definitely rebook next time in Adelaide. Great communication, kind, friendly, allowed us to check in earlier. Best booking on Airbnb to date for me. Thank you Natalie.

The apartment was perfect. Easy to find (Alex sent great instructions and photos) in a central location and parking was super easy. The house was so clean and comfy I was sad to leave after only one night.

Great stay everything as described. Need to update check out instructions. Keys and fob to be dropped in letter box for the apartment at ground floor upon checkout. Highly recommend would stay again.

The house had everything and more than what you would have in your own home. The fridge included cheese and ham with crossiants on arrival. Kitchen was well stocked and it was great we didn’t have to rush out and get the basics straight away.
