Holiday rentals with breakfast in City of Adelaide

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb twice now, and we already can’t wait to return again! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much care and attention to detail has gone into this home. It’s truly immaculate, spotless, beautifully styled, and incredibly welcoming. One of the standout features is the generous range of pantry and fridge supplies. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, and this one does exactly that. Every little touch has been thoughtfully considered. Our dog Charlie absolutely loved it too, it’s not always easy to find pet-friendly accommodation that also maintains such a high standard, but this one ticks every box. We felt completely at ease and so comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you again for creating such a relaxing and impressive space. We will definitely be back!

Great accomodation in a very central location. The place is beautifully maintained and lots of attention to small details like the provision of board games, cookbooks, soft furnishings and very well maintained. It was convenient having off street parking and lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Keith and Linda's home is modern, clean and comfortable. Big driveway. Beds are comfy. Kitchen has all essentials. 2 bathrooms were perfect for 4 people getting ready for an event. The hosts have great communication which made our stay very easy. Close to a good shopping centre and an easy drive to Adelaide and surrounds. Definitely recommend. Jacqui :)

We really enjoyed staying at Adrian's. It's in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet very close to the tram links and other amenities. We especially loved the porch and garden. the house itself has all one can need for a comfortable stay. Adrian was super communicative and always ready to help if needed. We would happily stay in his place again.

Great comment ovation, amazing house and everything you need and Lucia provided lots of small touches, including treats for the dogs… and humans😉 Very secure for pets, whilst absolutely spotless inside, with great garden.

Our group had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and use of the projector. We enjoyed the space greatly and highly recommend to all. All communication was greatly appreciated. Thank you for having us. We would love to return again.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Helen’s place with our 3 young kids. The home was spacious and well appointed with an enclosed backyard for the kids to run around. It was close to great cafes and restaurants on King William St. We had an issue with the dishwasher and Helen was amazing- communicative and proactive in finding a solution despite it being a weekend. She sent someone round to have a look and even offered us a partial refund when we couldn’t get it working. Turns out it just needed the door closed tightly! We would love to come back and recommend it to anyone staying in Adelaide

A lovely place nice private yard, My dogs enjoyed looking around the yard....... Well appointed good quality appliances....... Easy to follow instruction, and fast commutation.

The apartment was perfect. It was clean and had all we needed for a few nights stay. The location was perfect, walking distance to Adelaide Oval and Rundle Mall and close to public transport. It was also a peaceful and quiet location although right next door to a neighbourhood pub (very convenient). We loved the eclectic decor and attention to detail. We would recommend this place and intend to return in the future.

Beautiful stay from start to finish. Mary was an amazing host, easily contactable and everything was a breeze! The place is stunning, with great views and so central to everything! Building and apartment amenities are great. I felt so comfortable.

Nichols’s was really responsive, and incredibly helpful. As I was traveling with a baby, I asked if he had a port a cot - which he didn’t, but he went out of his way to purchase one AND even had it set up ready to go in my arrival. I was so grateful! Great space and ideal for 2 couples sharing or a family. Really nice and clean.

Doreen was very responsive and friendly. She supported whatever I needed and was very responsible for the services of the place . That was awesome for me. She helped me to stay for a few hours more so i t would not necessary for me to wander in the airport for some hours. Awesome experience .

We had a fantastic stay at William’s apartment! It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. A major plus was its proximity to the school nearby—our kids loved playing there after school hours, which made our stay even more enjoyable. William was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Mary was fantastic, and it was a pleasure interacting with her. The location was convenient for exploring Adelaide, with excellent restaurants & shopping. The apartment had everything you could ask for & was of high quality. The view was excellent, and the art on display was beautiful. We now will not stay anywhere else in Adelaide!

Staying at Rob’s place was more than we expected. Rob went above and beyond to make our short one night stay very comfortable and relaxed. The added extras Rob provided blew our mind and was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. We couldn’t want for anything else. Totally recommend this gorgeous AirBnB and look forward to another stay with them. Thank you Rob!

You know those AirBnBs where checkout time is approaching but you just don't want to leave? Well this is one of those places! Perched high up on a hill, overlooking a valley, Jean's place has the most incredible views. There's rarely a sound except for the sounds of nature - birds singing, kangaroos hopping by, bees buzzing. If a place to relax, rest and recharge is what you're looking for, this is your spot. And Jean is a wonderful and thoughtful host, to add to it all. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I'd love to come back some day!

I cannot be grateful enough to Billie : - she has been an excellent communicator - so accommodating to our requests and needs - prepared the place so well for us and included so many nice things to eat and drink like breakfast stuff and even wine ! - on our last day, we went down to their reception area for a walk and she took us on our tour around her entire farm to meet all the beautiful animals and gave us a bit of history which was so special !! Place was so vintage and clean. Absolutely happy and couldn’t recommend it more xx Thanks Billie !!

I NEVER write reviews though I really have to about the Barossa Shiraz Estate - IT WAS AMAZING!! So much so we decided to stay an extra night (luckily it was available). From the moment we arrived my wife & I were at peace - something we had not known for over 6mths...from the amenities to the surroundings everything you could want was on hand. They had thought of everything for the perfect getaway to the point of not wanting or needing to leave - you just wanted to soak it all in and relax. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this little spot of paradise and we will be back, ❤️

My stay at Brighton Beach Retreat was excellent. The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped with all utilities that you need. The location was amazing and convenient too, close to stores, restaurants and local attractions, very short walk to the beach. David was an amazing host, very welcoming and friendly and helpful as well. Would come here again and recommend this place to my friends.

Loved our weekend stay at 3 Pairs. Golf on Friday, great food & service @ Varsarelli's & Carmels. visited some excellent wineries walking distance & got to see the Cyclists come through the main street. Thanks Mike.....we'll be back 👍

Perfect stay, close to vineyards and easy access to surrounding areas in our list. Great host and very flexible for check in. Lovely little "extras" awaiting on our arrival and the next day on our doorstep. Cannot fault. Easy parking. Great location for town access.

Our stay with Meredith and Jean-François was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel warmly welcomed with their kind, genuine hospitality. Their home is peaceful and beautifully appointed, and they clearly take great pride in creating a relaxing space for guests. What stood out most was their thoughtful attention to detail — from the fresh breakfast ingredients to the handwritten notes with local tips. Their recommendations for wineries, nature walks, and nearby cafes were spot on and helped us make the most of our time in the Adelaide Hills. We discovered so many hidden gems we wouldn’t have found without their guidance. It felt less like a typical BnB stay and more like visiting friends who truly want you to enjoy their slice of paradise. Highly recommend staying here if you’re after a restful, enriching getaway.
