Friends describe the decor as shabby, cosy, warm and welcoming. Bang in the centre of Theatreland, just beside Soho, Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, it's a minute to the Piccadilly and Northern tube-lines. Evenings can be a bit noisy from street socialising and early morning when lorries deliver to restaurants.

Large couch & futon bed can sleep up to 2 people or 3 children in teh living room.

Perfect base for shopping, sightseeing or nights out!
