We had a great stay in Ashwood! The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for our group. It had all the essentials and more, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location was convenient, with shops and cafes nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, which made for a very relaxing stay. The host was responsive and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. Just a note for future guests: take extra caution when using the shower, as it’s set over a bathtub with a swing glass door. It can be a bit difficult to climb in and out, especially for those with limited mobility. Other than that, everything was great!

Highly recommended! An easy arrival process, able to drive straight into the garage and unload our luggage. Lots of space for everyone and home had everything we could need. The location was perfect for all the plans we had during our stay and Joel was super helpful and responsive to accommodate us. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed my stay immensely.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location is great -- easily walkable (about 900m) to the main street where the nearest train station, shops and restaurants all are. Rooms were clean and spacious with lots of storage space; the kitchen is cosy, with modern appliances, and faces a private yard. The welcome food basket and a full drawer of ice in the fridge were a nice touch! Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Questions were replied to within the hour, often less. Easy check-in and check-out process. Overall, very pleasant and highly recommended for families and small groups.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, conveniently close to Monash Uni, and easily accessible to nearby supermarkets and food outlets. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need in a home. The host was very friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze.

Manik was very welcoming with great suggestions of what’s around the area. Great location and walking distance from Monash Hospital which is where we needed to be. Maniks home is wonderful, spacious and comfortable living. We were very pleased to have stayed in this beautiful Air BnB and very thankful for the support Manik had given us with great quick responses, accomodating our needs and helping us. The place is clean and felt just like home! Kih is a really friendly host! It's just above the M-City mall so you can get whatever you need easily.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Does what it says on the box, a plain but pleasant and comfortable 2 bedroom flat with some nice restaurants and public transport a 5 minute walk away - would definitely stay again

We stayed 5 weeks in the apartment and loved it. It’s bright, airy and has everything we needed to feel at home. Great location in the heart of Hawthorn and so close to train station, trams and lots of great food places. Highly recommend.

Great apartment for a short stay in Melboure. Host was quick to respond to any questions and helpful. Supermarkets near by, close to public transport and in a nice area of Melbourne. Super comfy bed, good bathroom and enough kitchen facilities to cook a meal. I collected keys from a nearby location - easy to do, but something to note if you're arriving super early/late. Would recommend!

The view is spectacular, particularly at night. The flat is compact, but packed with everything you could conceivably need or use. The location in the CBD is convenient for,everything. Quiet flat. The swimming pool and sauna is a boon after a long flight and did i mention the stunning view. I would happily stay there again when in Melbourne
