The cellar is located in our 1890 Victorian home designed by famed architect Percy Griffin. Private access is provided through a well lit exterior basement door. We’d love to host you!

Outdoor space includes a spacious patio with a wood burning chiminea. This one of a kind home is located on a 1.2 acre property with views of NYC from the bedroom (!) as well as access to a private Har-Tru tennis court. Tennis rackets and balls available. (Tennis court may not be playable in winter months.)

You will be 1 hour - 1.5 hours to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Experience New York City like a real American from this suburban town with beautiful NJ & NY beaches nearby. ⚽️🏆 WORLD CUP🏆⚽️. Met Life Stadium is a 40 minute drive or Uber ride away. 🚗🚕 Train turns into a 2 hour ride. You can walk to the Fanwood train station. You have to transfer trains one time. You could probably drive to the second train. Or drive closer and then get an Uber. I can help you.

Quaint Converted Barn

Terrific space with loads of light and openness. Overlooking golf course, hayloft converted into king bed with twin bunks in office nook and 1.5 baths. It's the perfect place to get away from it all. Barn converted into residence. Comfy, quiet and serene. First level has living room, dining room and a half bath with a spiral to the hayloft which is open to below and divided by closets that create the office nook but permit light over them. The barn is open, only the bathrooms have doors.

A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her.
