This is a private room located on the 3rd floor where you can relax and be at peace. This room accommodates 2 guests and has a queen size bed. ($45 for first guest and $35 for 1 additional guest) No parties, gatherings or smoking in the units. There is one camera located in the common area and at the main entrance. Comfortable room in West Orange. Montclair Univ. (12 min drive). Parking. Whole Foods blocks away. Easy Access to Hwy 280 and Close to the Natural Reserve. De Camps bus 45 min to NYC Port Authority Station. The shopping districts of Montclair, South Orange, and Maplewood are nearby. The bathroom is for your use only and is across the room (always cleaned and sanitized). Note: The laundry machine is out of order until it is repaired by a technician on December 6th.

Hi, I look forward to being your Host and sharing a fantastic experience. The 5-star review speaks for itself. This is a share house with private rooms. Each room had a desk for remote workers. The area is quiet and secure, with a supermarket within walking distance. We have street parking for free. We are located 17 minutes from Newark airport. And 35 minutes drive from downtown Manhattan. (50-55 minutes using public transportation from NY pen station)
