Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

The house is full of things, simple things that is very helpful like medicine. All the linen are clean. It is very comfortable to stay in the house. Me and my friends loved the place. Very recommendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had such a great time at Casa Asraya! The place was super clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick getaway. What really made it special was the surprise birthday setup the host prepared for our sister — so thoughtful! The staff were also really friendly and made us feel so at home. Good place and host. Stayed there for 3 weeks.

My family and I stayed here for our trip back home to the Philippines. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable here. There was plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were cramped in together. The house is in a gated area with security, so we felt very safe and it was peaceful and quiet. Everything was great and I would gladly stay with Benny again! Highly recommend!

The place was even better in person than in the photos—it truly exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly, which was a must for us. Highly recommended!

We stayed for almost a whole month and this house did not disappoint. The house is well equipped of all your basic needs, i would even say beyond basic needs. The owners are very helpful and always gives a quick response to queries. They are also very welcoming and tries to accomodate all our needs. The house itself is very clean and the interior is just as pictured. Located in a safe neighborhood.

Everything was clean, and check-in was smooth. The location felt safe and quiet, and the house had everything we needed. The hosts, Allan & Nancy were very responsive and easy to communicate with. 5 Stars - Recommended! We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating — even allowing us to do an ocular visit beforehand, which we really appreciated. The caretakers on-site were warm, always smiling, and willing to help with anything we needed. The house itself was clean, cozy, and felt very homey. One of the highlights for us was the pool — it’s non-chlorinated and was freshly filled upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The only minor issue we encountered was a leak in the second room during a particularly strong rain. We mentioned it to the caretaker, and they were quick to acknowledge it and committed to addressing it right away. This didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay at all. Overall, we had a lovely experience and our family is already looking forward to our next visit!

The place is nice and clean, and very well maintained. Ms. Benny, the host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even while being overseas. We did encounter some issues during check-in, but she was proactive and quick to resolve everything, which was very impressive. It’s no surprise she’s already a Superhost! Hopefully, they’ll continue to maintain the cleanliness and perhaps add some fresheners to make the space feel even more homey. We’ll definitely book her place again soon. Thanks Ms Benny! 🙂

A good spot to relax in Laguna. A quiet and gated community. Easy access to shops and malls with GRAB.

I have stayed in this unit multiple times and it's always very clean and the pool is amazing
