Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in City of Winchester

Seascape is a quiet, spacious and well decorated apartment next to the sea, and within walking distance of the Ryde passenger ferry, bus terminal and town centre. It's good base for exploring the Isle of Wight or just staying in Ryde and taking advantage of the local facilities. The interior is very comfortable and of a high standard. We were very pleased to find some provisions on our arrival, including a loaf of bread, butter, milk and eggs, as well as some ice creams in the freezer. My partner and I would strongly consider returning at a future date.

Daniel’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay for a few nights to explore the maritime history of Portsmouth. The views from the apartment were outstanding. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The cohost was very helpful both at check-in and during our stay. The secure parking was a bonus if you are travelling by car. There is a small supermarket below the building for essentials. Outlet shopping across the road with all the major brands and also plenty of choices to dine overlooking the water. The train station across the road is busy and noisy until around 11pm but then it quietens. A great place to base yourself to explore Portsmouth.

Exceeded expectations. I was expecting a small place but it was not! Very comfortable and some nice treats on arrival that were most appreicated. Its a quiet suburban area, a good base for exploring Arundel etc.

Absolutely loved this Air BnB. Really warm and cozy. Its much bigger than the pictures! Gabrielle was warm, friendly and accommodating. The area is beautiful, secure, safe and quiet with some beautiful walks. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine, a fridge, freezer and washing machine. Would we return again? Definitely 😀

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

We had a few days lay-over between cruises leaving from South Hampton. Nigel's place suited our needs perfectly.

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

Orchard Barn Spa is a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the city. We stayed there with our four month old and Chris was very accommodating, providing a baby bath etc. It provides the perfect base to explore all that the new forest has to offer, has ample parking space, is very clean and sits in a private plot. Thanks again Chris for a great stay and for your great communication throughout our trip.

We had a picture perfect stay at Guy’s gorgeous home in Exton. The home features beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, two separate living spaces, an ideal kitchen and the backyard is stunning with loads of space, a trampoline that backs up to horses and blooming wild flowers. It is one of our favorite Airbnb properties to date.

A fabulous stay, cosy yet spacious; hosts were lovely, very accommodating, and welcoming. We will definitely stay again! Bliss!

We had such a lovely stay at Irina’s place. It was well equipped, well furnished, comfy beds, handy for walking to all areas of central Winchester and surrounding footpaths. The parking spot was a great advantage. Irina was very quick with her responses and even came over to see that everything was going well. We would love to come back. Thank you.

We loved staying at Catriona's Cottage. The house matched the pictures and description online. The hosts are super friendly and responsive. Our children loved the chickens and the cat that love on the property. Even though the Cottages amenities are not brand new, the interior was absolutely clean when we arrived. Probably the cleanest Airbnb we ever stayed in. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our time in The South Downs National Park.

What a wonderful place to stay! Location The location is amazing. Peaceful and tranquil but only a short walk along the beautiful woodland & watercress beds/ river to the town which has an amazing play park, soft play, cafes, shops and restaurants. Lovely country pub the Titchborne Arms just a short drive away. Sleep/ bedrooms So peaceful and tranquil. Very high quality mattresses and linen. Had a wonderful sleep. Amenities/ added extra We felt they were very generous for the price point. Nice welcome items milk, coffee pods, good salt, tea, granola etc. loads of shower gel, shampoo. Great to have a coffee machine and smart TV. Also Hosts were very warm & approachable but not intrusive. The barn was very clean and parking was really easy. It has a shower and bath, very soft towels. All in all a great stay!

Wendy's place was as described. It was a lovely bright house and had some nice quirky features. It was very clean and inviting on arrival, and Wendy had kindly left us out refreshments. It was a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The beds were extremely comfy and it has a beautiful big bathroom with a fabulous bathtub and power shower. It was only a 15 min walk into town and the bus stop was also right outside and we felt very safe in the local area. The weather was amazing, sunshine every day so we got to sit outside in the nice colourful courtyard garden area at the back. Communication with Wendy was great before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the beautiful city of Winchester and lovely surrounding areas in Hampshire and further afield. Jeanette

What a beautiful place! Bex and her family have created the most stylish yet warm and welcoming haven. Everything was immaculate, considered and perfectly presented. So comfortable with so many thoughtful touches and we felt very pampered. Bex herself was equally warm (and stylish!) and we really appreciated her popping in to say hello and check on us. All communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Highly recommended for a restful break in the most beautiful surroundings. Thank you Bex!

Great location if you want to be in the centre of Lyndhurst. Good walks from the doorstep. Louise was very responsive and helpful.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

I had a great stay in Rebecca’s flat. It’s clean and tidy and well stocked with all you could need for short and longer stays and with some lovely, complimentary goodies. The flat has its own dedicated parking space and the location offers easy access to local shops, cafes and restaurants and is within good access to the beach. Rebecca was flexible in amending my stay duration which I appreciated, thank you.

1 Spire View was a fantastic apartment - spotlessly clean with every possible amenity. It was ideally situated for walking in the New Forest without having to drive, as well as being only a short distance to Portsmouth, (Spinnaker Tower & D-Day Museum & Tapestry) Exbury Gardens, & Winchester Cathedral - all recommended. Angela always responded promptly to any questions we had both before our arrival & whilst we were there. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Fantastic accommodation! Comfortable, cozy, very clean and well-maintained, perfect for business stays or medium/long-term visits. I stayed in this accommodation for a long-term stay and needed a space with a kitchen. The apartment truly has everything you need and more – it's very functional and equipped with thoughtful touches that make the stay really pleasant. The kitchenette and the kitchen area in general are perfect even for one person and well equiped. It's located in a convenient area, close to green spaces and the river, and just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. Supermarkets are nearby. Cathy is truly an exceptional host, always available for any need, very communicative, and quick to respond if anything comes up. A super positive experience – highly recommended, even for long stays.

We had a fabulous stay at Martin’s place. It was a great location for a nearby wedding. Spotlessly clean and some thoughtful touches were left for us to use/enjoy like milk, bread etc. Martin was very responsive and helpful and a great host.

We stayed 3 nights in The Loft and were very happy with the accommodation. Exactly as described, well equipped, comfortable and convenient. There are walks you can do without getting in the car and loads more just a short drive away. The New Forest Inn is easily walkable along the road, we thought it was excellent and ended up going twice as we liked not having to get in the car to go for a meal. We normally go to the New Forest one every couple of years at least and will look to book here again.
