House holiday rentals in City of Wodonga

The house is practically brand new and everything is squeaky clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you'd have at home (even sharp knives!). Beds were comfy with nice linen. We went in need of a relaxing weekend and felt very comfortable in Hume House. The house is set in the Lake Hume resort, amongst the resort cabins. You have full access to the resort facilities, a little dated, but lots of fun. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, tennis court and mini golf. It's also only a short walk to the lake for a swim. A drink on the balcony of 'The Boatshed' is a must.

Great cottage to stay in. Clean, cozy and warm. Denton was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend this property, plenty to see around Lake Hume. We will be back for sure!

Dan and Felicity’s place is the perfect place to stay in autumn, winter and spring. The full length double glazed north face windows means the house is warm at the end of the day and then there is the gorgeous warmth from the fire box. The view of the mountains, lamas and autumnal colours on the trees immediately in front were gorgeous from the living area and main bedroom. Loved the tips on bikeriding paths in the area. We cooked up a lovely meal on our second night and was lovely to share the space with our friends.

We loved the authenticity and ambience of the cottage and the peaceful surrounds. For those who live a nice open wood fire this is a perfect spot. All close to beautiful sites, especially Yackandandah and Beechworth.

We had a wonderful stay at Terri’s lovely Airbnb! The secure, generously sized yard was absolutely perfect for my fur babies — it gave me such peace of mind and made the trip all the more enjoyable. The home itself felt like a true home away from home — cosy, warm, and inviting, especially for a winter getaway. There were so many thoughtful little touches throughout the space that really showed care and attention to detail. The location was super convenient, and the home was fully equipped with everything we needed to make the stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house in central location. Lovely decor and well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to shops. Sarah was very responsive and Astor Hotel staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had. Can be a tad noisy at night due to central location but I slept fine with earplugs. Overll, highly recommended!

Angela's listing was exactly what was described. Nestled in a set of 3 units, we didn't hear noise from any units or any neighbours. The house was brilliant, beds very comfy, and clean with no signs of dust or mess from other guests previously. We travel to the area 3-4 times a year - and this place will be a go to for sure. Appreciate the communication from Angela, and only when a query for something was posted, Angela came back with all the information needed. Will be staying again.

What a gem! Big beautiful home with stunning heritage features. Toast warm heating throughout. Large spa bath to relax in. Fire and wood provided but we didn’t get a chance to light the fire as the home was warm throughout from hydronic heating. Very comfortable beds and lovely linen throughout. Large dining room that fit all 8 of us comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to stay in and cook, short walk down to the Star pub where we dined one night. Good country pub. Private backyard and enough space to have all our cars off the street but also plenty off off-street parking. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank-you for having us.

Jake’s house is very nice, just as the pictures. Super comfortable. We had a great time, we felt at home right away.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in Thurgoona. The check in process was smooth and the rooms were well furnished and the house generally was very clean. The house was well located in Thurgoona, in close proximity to the main city of Albury / Wodonga. The kids had a good time in the theatre room. We definitely recommend staying in this house if visiting the region!

What a beautifully presented, well appointed house! It’s been well preserved with a modern toilet and kitchen and comfortable beds. There is a deck overlooking the lush green backyard, I can only imagine what it looks like in autumn with the Japanese Maples turning red! The only drawback we faced was the lack of a microwave (as we use it regularly), however this was an oversight on my part as its correctly shown in the ad. Albury is such a quaint town, with easy access to some beautiful walks and being a base for us to explore Victoria’s high country. Thank you Emily for sharing your beautiful and comfortable place with us!

Stayed with family there. Nice and comfortable and felt like home. Clean BBQ and fantastic outside area. Had family over for a bbq and there was enough space for all. Simply but classy. Everything was spotless, one of the cleanest properties I have stayed at. Shops were close. Thank you for sharing our beautiful home Catherine.

Lovely little cottage style homestead with a large enclosed yard, close to town and shops and not far off the Hume Fwy. I’ll be back

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this home was truly amazing. From initial contact with the host, we had prompt & friendly communication which set a positive tone. On arrival, the cleanliness & inviting interior styling of the home made us comfortable. This home has internet WiFi, refrigerated AC, it’s situated in a peaceful suburban location which made our family stay enjoyable. There is rear access to the backyard via side gate allowing for boat parking. Our children loved the spacious backyard, the trampoline, & sandpit. There was games & Lego for them in one of the bedrooms which kept them happily occupied. As we approached the end of our stay, they were reluctant to leave, a testament to the wonderful memories created during their time here. Our first Airbnb experience, thanks to the great hosts for providing a great home, it exceeded our expectations. We left with hearts full of gratitude & look forward to future trips to Wodonga. Travelled to Albury to look at the city for a potential work location. The house was in a great location for us to see everything and stay as a family.
