El lugar es exactamente como lo muestran las fotos, estuve por trabajo en santo Domingo junto con un grupo de compañeros, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar la casa tanto como hubiéramos querido, sin embargo, mantiene un concepto abierto y agradable, la zona es tranquila y te permite moverte fácilmente hacía cualquier lugar en Santo Domingo.

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in a vibrant, authentic neighborhood. The apartment is located by a small park/basketball court, which brings a lively local vibe – music, youth playing, even the occasional joint. We found it charming, but if you’re sensitive to noise or uneasy around crowds, take note. The host arranged a smooth airport transfer and left a large bottle of water for us, very thoughtful since tap water isn’t drinkable. The apartment is well-equipped, with comfy beds, a nice kitchen, and a small refreshing pool/jacuzzi. It’s also just a short walk to bars and the old town. Only downside was the upstairs shower’s very low water pressure – we used the downstairs one instead. Internet briefly went out (provider issue), but the host responded quickly and offered a workaround. Overall: cozy, local, and convenient. Would stay again!

Laura was a great host! She was always responsive and very courteous to us all the time. The space has a lot of personality and the simplicity of her decor sets a very peaceful and relaxing environment. If you enjoy having everything at a walkable distance, this is it!

This apartment is a wonderful location to explore the colonial zone. The dipping pool is perfect after a hot day of walking in the city. It’s very clean and relaxing.

Everything went well and the host was always available. He provided extra sheets and was friendly and kind. Apartment is close to everything and super spacious. Recommend!

I stayed at this air bnb for 3 weeks and I can honestly say I felt like I was at home. It was so clean when I got there, he made the access to the apartment easy and safe. His generosity, communication and attention was above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Dominican Republic. Mi experiencia en este Airbnb fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar superó mis expectativas: limpio, acogedor y con una paz muy especial. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la anfitriona, una mujer increíblemente amable, generosa y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Me sentí como en casa. Sin duda, volvería mil veces más. ¡Altamente recomendado! My experience at this Airbnb was simply wonderful. The place exceeded my expectations: clean, cozy, and with a peaceful atmosphere. But what truly made the difference was the host: an incredibly kind and generous woman, always ready to help with anything. I felt right at home. I would definitely come back a thousand times. Honestly I am not the kind of person to give much reviews and I have done it its been fast and whatever. In this case I wanted to take my time because I really did like the way Sammantha responded to every question right away, made sure that I was conformable from my arrival till the day I left the apartment. In reference to the building and the apartment parking is great, felt secure and had everything was close including a "Colmado" grocery store right across the street. I will for sure be back on my next stay in DR!
