Waterfront holiday rentals in Ciudad Colonial, Zona Colonial

The place is beautiful and comfortable. I really enjoyed my 3 nights there. It was very clean and everything is easy to use. You get a taste of Dominican line by talking with the neighbors and it’s also close to the Boardwalk /Malecon where everybody likes to hang out. It is very secure, I felt very safe, the bedroom is in the back so no noise from the street. From the balcony on your left you can see the ocean and palm trees and feel the breeze at night. In the morning you can hear sometimes the neighbors downstairs chatting in an inner courtyard but it ain’t loud . I loved it. You gonna love it too.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The hosts we’re constantly in contact if I needed anything. And it’s a good location on the sea shaw. Excellent

The nicest thing about the apartment wasn't exactly the apartment, it was the magic, warmth and quality of Merchy, Luis and Lidia who made us feel like we were at our lifelong home. Its location was a few steps from the colonial area, we could always walk just past the suspension bridge of the city.

Everything was amazing! We loved it!! I am looking forward to another trip there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quiet, Private, close to lot of places

our stay here was everything and more!! House is probably best house on the street. The backyard was EVERYTHING!! The neighborhood, although looked sketchy at first look, actually was peaceful and quiet. NO PROBLEMS. If i were going to stay in the Carolina area again I'd stay here again....central to all the areas i needed to visit.

My stay was excellent, I really enjoyed the scenery, felt at home. For my next trip to DR which is going to be early next year for 4-5 days, I’ll stay at Elizabeth’s place.

Dani was amazing. He was very responsive friendly and was always happy to help. Despite being delayed on our arrival Dani waited a long time to make sure that everything was ok. I will definitely be staying here again!

All I have to say are good things. I'm leaving with a very good taste in my mouth with how good I felt in that apartment. Clean, modern, spacious, quiet and with all the amenities. Simply 10/10. Totally recommended…

Maria’s place was fantastic in all ways except for one. The noise from just outside at night was loud. Both nights a large group of people were still out at 4am.
