Rosanna was a great host. From the moment 0, she was answering my doubts when going to Montevideo for the first time, she was flexible with the arrival and departure of the apartment accommodating the schedules that made us more comfortable. The apartment is perfect for a few days in MDV, the area is very quiet and has many shops nearby. In addition, you can walk until you reach Parque Rodó and the Rambla, I would definitely come back. Thank you!

Very comfortable and clean apartment, with excellent location very close to Pocitos beach. Check-in is done alone but there is a doorman in the building and before arriving Martín leaves super clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and Martin always answered and resolved my doubts and requests to make my stay more comfortable. The only thing I didn't expect is that the balcony in the room opens directly to the main street and there are no curtains/blinds, but there are doors that block the light and glass doors to open. Don't forget to climb to the top floor where the gym is and a terrace with amazing views of Pocitos and the Rio de la Plata!

The place was great with great amenities, as advertised. All of Montevideo, however, suffers from litter, graffiti, broken sidewalks, and homeless people. You must overlook those things if you want to enjoy yourself here.

Our stay at this place was wonderful! 🏡✨ Everything was spotlessly clean and very cozy, we really felt right at home. Every detail is well thought out, and there's everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is bright, spacious and very nice. The bed is comfortable, the linen is fresh and in the kitchen there is all the necessary equipment. The hosts are attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back if we visit this city again. ¡Thank you for your hospitality! 💙

I really liked the place, everything very clean and comfortable, a place with many leisure areas and very safe .. close to the beach, it has a pharmacy and a 24-hour market in front of which is very good outside the nearby restaurants.. well structured loft with everything you need to spend a few days. I recommend. The host served very well, I intend to return.

Modern, clean, and hits all the points. WiFi worked great, And after exploring the city extensively, I think the area immediately around the apartment is our favorite part of the city.

The apartment is really good! New, very clean and everything working perfectly. The location is excellent! For those who are concerned about not having a view of the street, I can assure you that this does not hinder the stay at all and does not cause any discomfort. I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

Modern and cozy apartment, clean, comfortable, safe area, trip by appointment to the American embassy and it was 4 blocks away, it has a park 3 blocks away, the rambla within walking distance, you just cross the park on foot and you find the tourist bus stop to get to know Montevideo, next to the building there is a bakery, there is also a restaurant nearby. The concierge is very attentive. Mrs. Jenny is very kind and attentive, thank you very much for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Martín's house at Solanas Complex. It is very comfortable and perfectly cared for. We'd love to come back!

The house is new and is very well equipped. It is ready for 10 people, ideal for 2 families. It has a pool and grill and is close to the plaza, DAS and piletas inside Solanas. Evangelina answered all our doubts and was very friendly.

This was our second stay at Jessica's home . This time we met her in person and she was just as wonderful as we expected. It is a very comfortable home in a great location for a good value. It is easy to access from the airport or take a short dive into Montevideo. There are a couple of large shopping malls with good supermarkets nearby. With the beach and park nearby, it was a perfect location for us.
