All quiet, without any problem. Quiet neighborhood with a convenience store on the corner, very close. Cozy house with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The garage is not very large, I had to leave the car well against the passenger side to have a corridor and access the house (a renegade) but it was not a problem, just an observation. Very spacious comfortable bed (king size), and good sized bathrooms. Fast internet.

I felt really comfortable in this accommodation, the house is so beautiful and has a lot of space. The kitchen is a good size and the rooms are the same. It's nice to go out on the balcony and see the view of the surroundings. Marilene is flexible, and responds to messages quickly. The location of the accommodation is ideal. It's not that hard to walk downtown, although it's 2 km or so. There are oil companies, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Exceptional attention in the dealings with the hosts. Valuable tips and everything very clear. We made great walks and used the house basically for rest. Very good location for restaurants and public transportation. Very quiet house surroundings. In 7 people we settle well in the house.

Tania was a great host, very helpful with check in and check out. Perfect quiet location in walking distance from bakeries, restaurants and small local bars. Easy quick drive into town. Enjoyed walking in the area and always felt safe.

We went on tours in Foz and the house is very close to the main sights, very easy to reach, to get around, with a nearby market. The house offers basic items for cooking, comfortable space and with a lot of privacy. We had a great tour and a great stay. Surely you would come back if you stayed in the same house. My family had a great experience!!

Extremely clean place. Everything is brand new! One of the best places I've ever stayed. And she even leaves coffee, sugar…. Basic things that help a lot when we get to the night! Great location! You can rent without fear! Congratulations !!!!!!

The studio was incredibly well equipped. With functional appliances and matching tableware. The accommodation was close to perfection, except for some necessary adjustments to the air conditioning and the shower door. Very good experience, I would recommend it and I would come back.

Completely complete apartment (kitchen with all the necessary utensils, cleaning items, and washer and dryer). Tasty and quality bedding, as well as very smelling. The whole apartment is clean, smellsy and very cozy. No doubt I will book every time I go to CDE. Very friendly and attentive Evelyn. I can't help but mention the Easter mime you left, a love! We love our stay and highly recommend to all people who cherish cleanliness, comfort, organization and coziness.

The Apartment is located at the corner of two double avenues, it has a fuel station across the street, which facilitates access and provides a sense of security to get in and out even at night, since it is well lit. Great beds, new and well maintained furniture, garage in front of the building entrance, apartment right next to the entrance. We had a great experience during our 7 days in Foz do Iguacu! The apartment is excellent — very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the photos. We went with my 3, the truth is that the accommodation is beautiful, super comfortable, beautiful view, the pool is very nice and quiet. On the corner there is a 24-hour market that makes it much easier when you forgot to buy something, there is also a pharmacy on the corner and you can see that it is a quiet neighborhood. When I return to Foz, I will definitely stay here again.
