The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. Upon arrival, an access code will be provided that will allow you to open the entrance door. It is distributed in an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bedroom in which is the double bed (1.40x2.00) with bedding and full bathroom with shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen amenities with dishwasher, fridge, Italian coffee machine, air conditioner, iron, bathroom equipped with towels, dryer and gel, as well as TV and Wifi (fiber 600 mb) whose operation is detailed once the reservation is made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. If you need any additional services to those exposed in the listing, please feel free to request it in case it is in our power to facilitate it or help you achieve it. The apartment is completely available to the guest and you can make use of all the elements described on the web., but you cannot access common areas of the building, such as indoor patios, azotea or stay on the stair landing. Access can be done without a person waiting to open them, as being a separate access from the street and having a security box with key to the entrance can be accessed freely once the access code is provided. A door key set is provided inside the box at the entrance to the apartment. In case of loss, a surcharge of €35 will be charged to make a replacement copy. The apartment has internet (fiber of 600 mb) and television with USB port, in case you want to bring your own movies, as well as the DTT with the conventional channels in Spanish and SMARTV. Out of respect for other guests, parties or smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE NOISE FOR THE NEIGHBORS. No parties or drinking. Perfect cleanliness included. Lots of light, quiet neighborhood, metro in front ,you will love it. Especially for couples or people who are taking exams, there is no noise. It fits 3 people. Wi-Fi. Superquipado. For parking, there is a green and blue paid area, rent parking for a reasonable price, as long as I don't need it. Note, I reserve the entire weekend. There are supermarkets nearby, bars, park, etc.

Centro Comercial La Vaguada 10 min walk, parking lot subject to availability. Many shops and bars very close to the center of Madrid is very well connected, everything you need to make your stay the best. The Vaguada shopping center and the Peñagrande subway station are 10 minute's walk, and close to the subway station parking subject to availability. Also, you'll be just 20 minutes away from the city center also known as La Gran Via. Our location is close to restaurants and bars.
