Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Civitanova Marche

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

We relied on Dario for this weekend in May and had a great time. The accommodation was perfect, very close to the center so that we could do all the trips on foot, Dario and Aldezia were always very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything except bath linens, not clearly highlighted on the listing but indicated in Dario's description. We will definitely be back.

There are so many great things to say about this Airbnb. The host is responsive, helpful, and kind! Me and my girlfriend were so happy we chose to stay here during our stay in Ancona. We could walk to the grocery store (3 min walk), go enjoy the port (1 min), or walk to the shopping area (10 min). We totally recommend for anyone to stay here to fully experience Ancona and everything it has to offer.

We had a great stay at Diego’s. Everything was wonderful. It was well organized with everything we needed. Really, there wasn’t anything we lacked. We were here mid October which meant there weren’t many restaurants around the home. However, the restaurant below was great. Great service! Decent prices! For us it was an awesome experience!

Nicol was a top-notch host, total flexibility, and ease of access to the listing and at check-in and checkout. Nicol provides all the directions that may be useful, including tips and tips on restaurants in the area, and is proactive and available for any eventuality. In addition, the accommodation has a strategic location being close to the center (on foot), the beaches, the activities to experience the Conero (port) and the main road branches.

Paula is a kind and friendly host. Despite the language barriers, communication was flawless. I received all necessary information clearly and on time. I would like to thank her again for her flexibility regarding the check-in and check-out times. This lovely apartment is perfect for couples or small families to rest and enjoy the sea or the neighborhood. In front of the house, there is a playground and a street gym. Nearby, you can find several restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is well equipped, and the AC is very useful on chilly evenings.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

Very nice rural place to stay. Quietly located, about 20 minutes by car to the nearest sandy beach. Good restaurants, but only accessible by car.

Thanks to the convenient and quiet location we had a pleasant stay. Apart from the comfortable accommodation equipped with all comforts, especially functional, I want to point out the beautiful garden where we spent relaxing hours. The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Really good stay and nice host Clean and great location

Mehran is a super generous and welcoming guy. He goes out of his way to receive you in person, picked me up with his car several times and made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is more than comfortable, has everything you need for a short term stay, spacious, and close to several bus stops that link to the city center. I stayed here twice and I will stay again in the future. I highly recommend !!!

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice and has plenty of space in the living room for cooking and relax, a large washroom and a comfortable bedroom and bed. Location is perfect, in a quite street two minutes away from the main town square. Supermarket very near, fruit and veg marker very near, easy access downhill to the beach. We want to come back here next year.

Extremely cozy house with every amenity. Equipped with everything. Sabrina and her family are exquisite people, always available, welcoming and ready to solve any kind of problem that may arise. The sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes, but the house is a few minutes from the village of Ripatransone, a gem. Thank you for everything

Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....even live is even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things...the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband personally welcomed us when we arrived, despite our small delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to our every request. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10:00 pm...everything was resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say...thank you for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment, without a doubt!
