At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. The apartment "le antiche mura" is located in a historic building of medieval origin in one of the most picturesque corners of the city. Inside, you can still see the path of the old defensive walls. Another valuable detail is a beautiful exposed column in the center of the living room. Located on the second floor with an elevator, the 93 sqm accommodation is comfortable and the large windows provide brightness and excellent views of the square. Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
