Apartment holiday rentals in Civitella Paganico

Nice apartment in a beautiful valley. The terrace is huge and you can enjoy the sunshine until late evening. It’s easier to get there by car, but we managed to make it with bicycles through the valley.

Stupendo b/b immerso nella colline senesi. L'appartamento per 4 persone era pulito e in ordine con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. L'area esterna è incantevole: viti, piante stupende e giardino curato. La piscina a sfioro - con vista - è sicuramente il punto forte: davvero impagabile la vista. L'host è stato cortese e disponibile anche a fronte di qualche inconveniente che si è verificato durante la permanenza. Uniche note negative: check in non disagevole. Al nostro arrivo, la chiave inserita nella key box era quella del monocale e non del nostro appartamento. Ergo, abbiamo dovuto contattare la responsabile e attendere l'arrivo - dopo 15 minuti circa - della domestica che ci ha fornito la chiave corretta. L'appartamento era pulito eccetto la presenza, vicino al lavabo, di molte formiche morte. Il lavabo era intasato e, pertanto abbiamo segnalato alla domestica che è intervenuta per sbloccare. Nel complesso, comunque, posto davvero bello che merita la visita.

Il Poderuccio di Lucia si trova in un'ottima posizione ed è perfetto come punto di partenza per esplorare la bellissima Val d'Orcia. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito, cucina provvista di tutto ed i letti erano comodi. Il bagno ha una doppia doccia..utile per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Fuori c'è un bel terrazzo con tavoli, sedie e sdraio..per chi volesse fermarsi ad ammirare il bellissimo panoramma sui colli della Val d'Orcia. Lucia è stata molto cordiale, accogliente e flessibile per il check-in/check-out. È stato un piacere conoscere lei e la sua bella famiglia. Per noi è stato un bel soggiorno e ci farebbe piacere ritornarci. Grazie!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Ein Traum von einer Toskana-Unterkunft. Wunderschön gelegen, tolle Räume, viel Platz aussenherum und dieser Pool… Wir haben die Zeit dort mit unseren 3 Kindern sehr genossen. Vielen Dank :-)

L'appartement était parfait et conforme aux photos. C'est havre de paix où l'on peut profiter de la terrasse à l'ombre et au calme après une journée de visite en voiture. Il y a un parking gratuit juste à côté de l'appartement. La localisation est idéale pour visiter la Toscane. Marco est très réactif et aux petits soins. Les recommandations de visite sont grandement appréciables et nous ont fait découvrir des lieux que nous n'avions pas prévu de visiter. Prévoir de faire quelques courses avant de se rendre à l'appartement car le supermarché le plus proche est à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture. Ce fut une très belle semaine !

A hospedagem foi ótima! Localização excelente, logo na entrada da cidade, com fácil acesso a mercados, restaurantes e atrações — fizemos tudo a pé. A garagem foi um grande diferencial, com acesso sem passar por ZTL. O apartamento era muito limpo, confortável e com uma decoração temática encantadora sobre vinhos. A anfitriã, Chiara, foi muito atenciosa e sempre preocupada em saber se estava tudo certo, além de nos fornecer um berço com colchão, roupa de cama e coberta para nosso bebê. Recomendo a muito!

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei Katya und Bengt. Die beiden sind super herzlich und man fühlt sich bei ihnen wie Zuhause. Es war schön mit ihnen ins Gespräch zu kommen und sich gegenseitig auszutauschen. Die Unterkunft besitzt alles, was man benötigt. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zudem war es sehr sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Grünen zwischen Olivenbäumen und einem wunderschönen Garten! Etwas abseits von allem, was uns persönlich aber sehr gut gefallen hat. Man hat wirklich Zeit zu entspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 30 Minuten in Siena und auch weitere Städte sind in ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir werden definitiv noch einmal zurückkommen und bedanken uns bei Katya und Bengt für die schöne Zeit die wir bei ihnen verbringen durften :-)

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und wunderschön gelegen. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Wir konnten Glühwürmchen, eine Wildkatze und viele andere Tiere beobachten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch besser als auf den Bildern. Einfach eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt. Aber das Beste ist die Gastfreundschaft von Francesco. Er war hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay at this really unique accommodation. It is located in a medieval village, high on a hill. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Malgorzata was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Sehr schönes Haus, landestypisch eingerichtet dabei aber trotzdem modern. Besonders gefallen haben und die Betten und die angenehme sanfte aber effektive Klimatisierung. Sehr geräumig, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm möglich ist. Es gibt sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

Patrizios home was very well located in heart of town. I would like to point out that his flat was very clean. We used his flat to visit the nearby beautyfull villages.

Wir verbrachten zauberhafte Tage bei Ulla. Das wunderschöne Haus, die liebevolle Einrichtung, der traumhafte Pool und die schöne Umgebung… all das hat uns so gut getan. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sensationell. Man kann schöne Ausflüge unternehmen, wenn man möchte, wandern, Kultur erleben, Städte besuchen oder Restaurants. Ulla hatte dafür Unterlagen für uns bereitgestellt mit vielen Tipps. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Wer wirklich zur Ruhe kommen möchte, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️
