Assia is a welcoming host. The accommodation is 2 minutes from tram 2. The banks of the Seine are 5 minutes away, which allows for a nice walk after a day of work. If you need to go to the Seine Musicale, it is possible to walk there from Assia's apartment.

Very good hosts, super quick when responding to our messages. Provided great advice when it came to local resturants and bars to visit.

Perfect, we came for a convention located at the Seine Musicale which is about a 25-minute walk away. Well located and quiet, parking was easy on the street of the listing or on the streets nearby. Functional interior with all comforts for a pleasant stay for two.

I just wanted to sincerely thank you for the wonderful stay at your apartment in Paris. We spent three nights there and everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect — close to public transportation, shops, and major attractions. The apartment itself was cozy, quiet, and very comfortable. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The host was always available and responsive, which made everything even easier and more pleasant. Close to the train station, so perfect. 3 floors without elevator to be specified in case. Clean, tidy accommodation. I recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay just outside the main centre of Paris. Easily accessible with the RER nearby and walking distance to beautiful suburbs, parks, shops etc. Romain was a responsive and friendly host. The apartment is well equipped for a comfortable stay!

The host was very sincere, even if we could not find the key, her mother was very supportive both in the key process and in the parking process. We only stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the terrace. I would like to thank Guillaume and his mother very much.

I loved it! I was very pleased that Florian gave me the information in detail and was too kind, it has a very nice view of a busy street, only the stairs are very tiring and somewhat dangerous if you carry large suitcases, at first we thought the area of the stairs was dark but we found the white switches that are on the side of the doors (tip) Everything was very comfortable and tidy I would definitely book here again 🫶🏻

Very clean, pleasant accommodation in a quiet environment, intended for two people. The kitchenette allows quick meals but a kitchen common to all the studios allows meals with others. This room on the ground floor provides access to a charming garden where there are tables and chairs for an outdoor meal or a drink. The whole place is decorated with taste. We will come back without hesitation if we have a chance. We recommend the studios of Villa Voltaire.

The apartment is as described. It is very well laid out and clean. Good bedding for sleeps 2. Good communication with Jérôme. Recommended.

The apartment was small but perfect for two people, just the right size for a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. It probably wouldn’t work for more than two guests, but since the listing is made for two, it was exactly what we expected. Pierre was an absolutely fantastic host. We asked him where to buy ice, and he thoughtfully let us know he’d already left ice trays in the freezer so we could make our own, super convenient! He also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, which really helped us enjoy the area. The location was super handy too, really close to a McDonald’s, which came in clutch for late-night snacks after long days out. Also, the fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks, including some cold Lipton tea, which was amazing to come home to on hot days. Pierre was always quick to respond, usually within minutes, definitely within an hour, and made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated how thoughtful and responsive he was.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
